*Charged (12/16/20), indicted (12/18/20) & arraigned (12/22/20) with 2 counts of 1st degree felony aggravated burglary, 1 count of 1st degree felony rape & 1 count of 2nd degree felonious assault. Plead not guilty. Bond $50K cash or surety.
12/16/20: Indictment filed charging Gurto with 2 counts of aggravated burglary (F1), rape (F1) & Felonious assault (F2). Warrant of indictment request filed. Arraignment hearing on 12/22/20. 12/22/20 Update: Defendant appeared for arraignment & is charged with the offenses listed in the 4 count indictment. Attorney Jonas was appointed Counsel to represent the defendant. The defendant entered a plea of not guilty. Bond is set at $50K cash or surety with conditions. This case is assigned to Judge Sezon.
