I would guess that he works for himself and doesn't keep the same kind of records required by moving/trucking companies.

Worley's property is near where Sierah was last seen according to the NBC24 newswoman at the end of the press conference.

This is not well enforced. And basically only the huge carriers with deep pockets who want to avoid the liability and the bad press of NOT going to electronic logs have 100% complied. I think this guy is like his own one-man operation doing contract work here and there.

Looking for more evidence, nothing has been found as of yet. Still searching the home and surroundings.
Still doing field searches, air search this afternoon, searching waters/ponds in area.
They believe there is enough to probable cause to charge Worley (charged with 3rd degree abduction)
Sierah is still missing
Cannot say what led to LE contact with Worley

I posted upthread that s previous conviction mentioned he was on disability. Perhaps he still is, if disability income is considered separately from taxable income?

I hated that just before the press conference began people were laughing. I realize that it does no good to stand around crying, but this is serious. I heard someone laugh and tell someone else something like, "Well we're going to be taking your picture... ha ha." :maddening:

I hope that talks from behind bars and I hope and pray Sierah is safe.

I am thinking of all of her family and loved ones, but I can only imagine the amount of sadness and guilt her boyfriend must be feeling.

The 'I'm sorry we cannot reveal that information' reply by the FBI Supervisor Special Agent went out with the Hula Hoop'.. If you research missing person's cases, you will find that the one common denominator between those that are solved, as compared to the many that grow cold is the amount of the public's awareness.
Many, if not most cases are solved due to an aware citizen's tip, followed up by a thorough investigation.
