are we absolutely positive, like without a shadow of a doubt the bf has been cleared? motorcycles are pretty loud, right? Idk. Just seems odd he was on one, tiny small town. Could he have looped back around? Maybe this this guy (one jailed) saw it happen? Then helped the bf clean up? Just trying to think of ALL possible avenues.

I find this motorcycle interest so odd. How in the world could he have gotten her on a motorcycle? A truck or car? yeah. A motorcycle? Not so much.

I posted upthread that s previous conviction mentioned he was on disability. Perhaps he still is, if disability income is considered separately from taxable income?

Ohio code (it's not actual disability like SSDI)
"2923.13 Having weapons while under disability.
(A) Unless relieved from disability under operation of law or legal process, no person shall knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use any firearm or dangerous ordnance, if any of the following apply:

(1) The person is a fugitive from justice.

(2) The person is under indictment for or has been convicted of any felony offense of violence or has been adjudicated a delinquent child for the commission of an offense that, if committed by an adult, would have been a felony offense of violence.

(3) The person is under indictment for or has been convicted of any felony offense involving the illegal possession, use, sale, administration, distribution, or trafficking in any drug of abuse or has been adjudicated a delinquent child for the commission of an offense that, if committed by an adult, would have been a felony offense involving the illegal possession, use, sale, administration, distribution, or trafficking in any drug of abuse.

(4) The person is drug dependent, in danger of drug dependence, or a chronic alcoholic.

(5) The person is under adjudication of mental incompetence, has been adjudicated as a mental defective, has been committed to a mental institution, has been found by a court to be a mentally ill person subject to court order, or is an involuntary patient other than one who is a patient only for purposes of observation. As used in this division, "mentally ill person subject to court order" and "patient" have the same meanings as in section 5122.01 of the Revised Code.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of having weapons while under disability, a felony of the third degree.

(C) For the purposes of this section, "under operation of law or legal process" shall not itself include mere completion, termination, or expiration of a sentence imposed as a result of a criminal conviction.

IIRC from the very recent presser- the sheriff mentioned that "good old fashioned police work" and canvassing the area led them to the 🤬🤬🤬 James W.
May they find Sierah Joughin really soon. My most positive vibes and thoughts to her, family/friends, the community and of course- our community here at WS. May we all be guided to finding Sierah! ❤️

Wait...so if you're on disability you cannot legally own a weapon? Am I understanding that right?

I find this motorcycle interest so odd. How in the world could he have gotten her on a motorcycle? A truck or car? yeah. A motorcycle? Not so much.

The only way I can think of would be if he had a gun and threatened her if she didn't get on or if she tried to hop off.
I hate the implications of the excavators on the scene of his barn.

I missed this motorcycle thing...what did they say?

At the press conference he said something about asking if anyone had any information - if they saw a motorcycle in the area - to call in.

Is Worley on social media at all? Anyone find anything?

Disability as in not-able to because of the listed reasons.

See my post above, Ohio has restrictions on those with previous indictments, mental illness, etc. possessing firearms.

That would make sense..but it seems people would have noticed her on the back of a motorcycle? I mean in the 2 miles it took her to get home she was spotted more than once...isn't his house like 5 1/2 miles or something from where her bike was found? I mean it's totally possible that people saw her and just don't remember. I just find this all odd - especially when her BF was also on a motorcycle.

So basically, this is just "long" for "felon with a weapon"
