Could it be out of fear that people don't want to talk about him much?

Again, these are 2 separate towns. Even tho they live on the same CR only 5 1/2 miles away from each other, he lives in Delta and she lived in Metamora. People that live in Delta are close to and hang out in the towns of Wauseon and Swanton and Metamora people stay in their area or into Lyons, Morenci and Adrian Mi, and Sylvania Ohio.

Psychopathic serial sexual predator JD Worley, is not the first, last, or only and did not begin his deviant behavior at age 57 years old. Likely a serial killer, JDW's unknown victim total will be many, imo. The FBI estimates that there are 50 to 75 serial killers active in the USA at any one time. Sadly, this is a very conservative estimate, imo..

Jill B disappeared in May 2000. I wonder if he was actually arrested and sitting in county jail by then. We have to find that out so we can either eliminate him or put him in the pool of suspects for Jill. Not to mention, there is a man serving time for killing her that looks NOTHING like the composite, which DOES look like JDW.

That's not true. Earlier in the thread I explained the Evergreen School District. He has a Delta address, but he is still considered to be Evergreen. No one says, "oh he lives in Delta", they say "Evergreen". And that includes everyone who lives in the school district outside of Lyons, Metamora, Burkey, ect. And your description of the cliques who hang together couldn't be more wrong.

Around here the zoning and townships and towns lines get confusing. Like I have an official mailing address of Holland Oh but I don't live in village of Holland, I am many miles west and pay real estate property tax through Springfield township zoning and Lucas co , but I live closer to Swanton and Spencer twshp , and if I were to be arrested for a crime, county sheriff's handle the jurisdiction and the court who handles it all is SYLVANIA. lol : scratching head :: (and jail is in downtown Toledo 20+ mi away ) got it ? Jaso murder - was found in a ditch along the RR tracks near County Rd 11 & F.

Hill murder - last seen walking a mile NE of Swanton on the Hallett Ave. overpass of the turnpike
Body found- off CR M about 13 miles west of her home at 714 South Berkey Southern Rd.

I'm still leaning towards him being a possibility for the Jill Berhman murder. Same type of area she was plucked off her bike from

Is there a database that anyone here can search as to what victims found had handcuff marks ? Since that seems to be his main MO tool and he himself admitted to having them since at least 1985

yes he is at CCNO. It is the county jail for majority of Fulton county inmates.

Trust me Sue...THIS family and MY family consider him to live in Delta...NOT Evergreen. He is at the very furthest part of Evergreen School District. Josh and Ce and such hang out in Lyons, Metamora, Adrian Mi and come into Sylvania. Sylvania Ohio is very close to all the good restaurants, mall, etc. Burkey Ohio is a pass thru town IMO. I am telling you what my nephew thought and did. If you want to be verified as an insider...contact a mod.

They are all quirky. You can have a Swanton address, Neapolis phone number and attend Liberty Center Schools. You live in Fulton County, go to school in Henry County and have a Lucas County phone number.

Exactly. My parents live in Richland township but our address and school is Monroeville, there are also several other townships that belong to Monroeville school district and even some people with Norwalk addresses that do. Its because inside the "village" limits is only a small fraction of the population since most people in the area are either farmers or live out in the country.

Its also not uncommon for car aficionados to collect old license plates - many use them as decorations around their shops too. It would be easy enough to take an old license plate off the wall and slap it on a vehicle so it wouldn't be traceable.

We were discussing who/where he hung out, not where your nephew hung out. Why do I need to be verified to participate in the discussion?
