Who (or what) is RHS, LV and 73?

LV could mean level, like, level 73

OR

LV could be Las Vegas

Or

It could be a license plate, like RHS LV73

RHS my first thought was Rogers High School, not far from Delta, 22 miles maybe. The rest, I don't know.

Because of the " ' ", '73 could be the year. This is LE description of the CD, so maybe an estimation of some sort.

First time posting. I grew up in Toledo but am now in central OH. My best friend in Toledo moved to Metamora many years ago. She passed away about 10 years ago, but I spent a lot of summers in Metamora as a teen visiting her. Beautiful area. When I first heard about Sierah, I wondered if my friend or her son might know Sierah or her family. Found out recently that they are related. My heart breaks for this beautiful young lady and her family and loved ones. I found WS just after they found Sierah, this place/the members are amazing and dedicated!

So, with that being said, I hope I do this 'quoting thing' correctly:




BBM . Is it because LE had to get several search warrants? It appears that each time they found what they were originally looking for, then found other evidence and had to request more detailed warrants to obtain those items and it states for the LE to return the inventory list using the same heading as the search warrant to the judge to be filed with the clerk of court. Creating lots of duplication in the file if LE needs to keep resubmitting each inventory list with each new search warrant request. i.e. palm print didn't match but was similar enough to ask for a more detailed search.

(another example, fourth paragraph on page 40 no pond search request, but on page 84 including pond search)

That's my understanding. LE can't just go in and take anything they want. They have to be looking for something in particular. The warrant while broad, is also detailed. It would be like searching for "any evidence associated with drug abuse" that's pretty broad aand it would allow them to take something like a small kitchen scale to a much more obvious piece of evidence like a pipe or something.

The pink pepper spray had to have been a previous victims. I doubt seriously he would buy pink mace. IMO

Yes. Glove you are right, but he left half of his evidence anyway. So he could have taken the other one and burned it, like he likes to do. But the fact that one was there, proves the abduction was not what he had planned. IMO proves he's not as dumb as we thought, still dumb, just not as dumb. Lol And convinces me more that he has A LOT more victims we need to connect to him.

The fact that the motorcycle helmet was found on the EAST side of the road? That means she kicked his because she was abducted on the WEST side of the road. She fought so hard that somehow his helmet ended up across the street! I still do not understand the logistics of how it was accomplished but I am beginning to think she may have died where she stood. Yes...he had to transport her and such but with the search warrants...they were onto him LESS than 24 hours after she went missing. I think she passed the same night and she was buried that same night. The next night...LE was already watching, he could not have left with her and not been seen.

BBM. Sadly, I hope she did pass there and did not ever have to see his barn. And I hope he went through hell trying to transport her thinking he was getting the upper hand and then discovering he no longer had someone to hurt/keep. Sierah really threw a wrench into his plans with her courage and feistiness and caused him to not make it back to the abduction site to retrieve his belongings.

I hope that palm print is not of the damn glove.
Regardless, I know in my heart that this piece of ?!$& excuse for a human being is going away for good.

And IMO no punishment is enough and justice will never be served.

That's what I thought then the blonde in me was wondering if JDW had wrapped these things for some reason...maybe I need to rest before I keep reading, clearly my wheels are turning a little slow.

I believe LE "packages items to avoid contamination when removing evidence from a possible crime scene. I noted all of the items included how they were packaged. I think maybe the board or piece of wood was too big for a bag so they wrapped it in what they had that would work to protect it.

As I'm reading the inventory, a pair is considered one item. Like shoes. All shoes noted are one. I doubt all of them have missing pairs. IMO

I agree...was just pointing out how I think his thinking might have been. You were at least 8 steps ahead of me in thinking out the time frame.

And yet, we shouldn't completely preclude the possibility that he WAS thinking way ahead...thinking that he would get a passport so as to have it if things seemed like they were starting to catch up to him. That still leaves room for a lack of intelligence because if he was thinking ahead as such, he would have realized that LE can easily shut down a passport. Maybe he thought he would be quick enough to get out of the country before that happened. And yet, we see that he couldn't even get out of his own driveway before they caught up to him.

Does anyone know if they found Sierah's phone? I can't recall it being mentioned other than being pinged. (I hope they did find it so her family can have it, I'm betting she has lots of selfies on there that they have never seen and will cherish.)

Actually to me it looks like the whole inventory is repeated like 5 times. Weird.

Dexter I'm sure someone will type it all out in a condensed form in a day or two. Right now, everyone is just reading.

I can't find the seat in the freezer bit, only carpet samples taken from freezer, twice. Are you guys sure? Eta: oh found it!

There is a freezer carpet SEAT sample noted. It does appear to be repeated, but some of the repeats add a little something additional.

Why did they take the earmuffs though? I kind of doubt they are his. Unless they meant something like these.

Perhaps they suspect the earmuffs may have belonged to a previous victim.

My guess would be that it is thought not to be a cage for chickens but to have held victims. I imagine they are looking for DNA or have information that it was used as part of his torture and harming of victims.

I have been looking at the Countless CD-R. It is a homemade CD so he either burned it himself or got it from someone. If it has illegal images, it would be useful in finding anyone else who may be engaged like the monster. I will continue to explore for it though.

Ok. Far out possibility. After a quick search on Amazon, there is a movie named "Countess Perverse" that was released in 1973. Maybe the CD was mislabeled or there is a typo in the report? LV - maybe Long Version

Maybe too far-fetched? I don't know...my mind has made him into the worst monster, especially after s.o. reached out to me today as a more than 100% reliable source regarding details of the 1990 case.
