The abuse of the corpse could be because of the way he disposed of tge body. A local funeral home had multiple charges after not properly burying or cremating bodies. It's a vague statute that covers just about anything post mortem.

I'm not saying he didn't do anything post mortem, but it's very possible it was because she was bound and in a shallow grave.

He likely had a "kit" with him that got dumped out in the field, and he was too focused on his plans to gather them. Then getting her out was his main concern. I'd like to believe she never made it to tge barn, but in all likelihood she probably did. He probably went to retrieve his items, saw LE and determined he had to hide her. Can't go North, they are looking, so he went West and South to bury her.

The water bottle with straw and sandwich is what makes me believe she was in the barn. The one pair of regular panties does as well.

I think startling someone with a motorcycle and maybe crowding a lane could make them swerve and crash. This is horrific, and so incredibly scary. Then you factor in reports of craigslist ads.

I believe he is opportunistic, and maybe he had previously used ads to draw people to him. I'm thinking he saw her riding by and maybe was stressed because "stress kills" saw an opportunity and couldn't resist. He wasn't thinking ahead, didn't expect a quick search, and then spun a story.

I'm not sure he directly lies, he said he didn't touch RG sexually, that may have been true. He didn't have a chance because his plan was thwarted.

When he spoke to LE, he may have not "killed her" as of that moment, and related the "I haven't stolen anything" to her bike and phone. I suspect to him women have no value, and did not feel she was "anything". There is another scenario to the I didn't kill anyone, and if the autopsy is released and her cause of death is the same as Neveah Buchanan, well, let's hope it's not. Any scenario is disturbing.

I can try, I believe a lot of them go to the Fremont, IN and Angola area, both have had creepy disappearances. 2011 is a long time, but there may be documents through the counties as you have to have a specific route, an escort and permits. I don't know how long they keep those records. Both areas are fairly close to home for him.

As far as the cdl, I went on a previous rant about how Ohio Rehabilitation Programs pay for cdls and training for felons. I'm very against this program for numerous reasons, but if I can actually validate he got his cdl through this program, my reps will be hearing from me.

I'd guess he kept the cdl to drive for farmers. They are exempt from a lot of dot regs during farm season.

If we find out he drove for farmers, we can expand the radius of the map. My uncle drives for farmers on a very regular basis during farm season. Blood meal from Henry County, Fulton County and other crop, soy beans, etc., all the way up past my house in SW Michigan to as far north as Grand Rapids, MI.

I think I may have read somewhere this motive (not his) but in my searching...a sock for gag

I originally thought of a sock being used maybe for ejaculation purposes of he would be into that, as a young boy would use .. But after reading about using it for a gag might make more sense.

Until I learn differently...I truly believe rigor was not a factor . I think she was buried way before that became a problem

Sensory deprivation, ear protection while mowing (my goofy neighbor wears them when he mows), or maybe someone on the premises had sensory sensitivities. I've volunteered in youth special needs classes and some kids wear them for sensory issues.

Im thinking the same lines as u. I just don't think if she died at the scene of abduction he would move her elsewhere. I think hat would seem like too much work for him and he would of left her there. I mean it's not like he moved her that much further in all reality. Ugh. Disgusting .

The reason I do not believe he was actually EVER riding the motorcycle is this.

Yes, we have a witness? that said they saw a motorcycle in the area. Is this confirmed witness statement or did this get all confused with the announcement that LE put out that they were looking for a motorcyclist in the area at that time. We know they put that out there because of evidence found at scene. I believe that is when people first started talking about a motorcyclist. I think it may be erroneous statement that a "witness" came forward.

Motorcycles are LOUD..especially in the country. She was 100 yards or so (maybe a bit more) from her home and her mom lives next to her grandmother. Ce would have rode past her mom's house onto her grandmothers house. Neither of them..NOR the family that waved to her 1/2 mle down on 6 reported HEARING a motorcycle.

I still think the motorcycle was never "running". It was a ruse. He had the bike on the side of the road. His BELOVED TRUCK that he can't keep his mouth shut about was parked alongside road. He appeared to be fixing the bike and he began the kidnapping as she rode by. When finally subdued, everything gets loaded into back of truck (including her) and this could be when blood transferred to motorcycle. It was next to her in the truck.

JDW TRUCK was his most prized possession by his obvious obsession with it. He used it in the first kidnapping. HE Loves that truck. That truck was his "lucky" truck.

I was thinking the same thing. The charm and necklace as well...at one time there was another female living there, although weird in the crawlspace, maybe it was simply lost while that person was down there for a legitimate reason, e.g. checking for a leak, putting down mouse traps, spraying for bugs. Or it could be very, very sinister. I just don't see JW putting s.o. in a crawl space, which is a pain to access, when he has his horror chamber.

Areed. I also wondered...can someone remind me the time frame when the police first canvassed his house and had contact with them? Was that the following day after she went missing?

For some reason, I thought it was 3AM on the night that she was reported missing - door to door canvassing within a 5 mile radius of the location where her bicycle was found.
I think I read that in an early document - not one that was collected recently.

Does anyone else remember reading this?
