yes otto, that is correct

Should we, as a community, compensate Notnice26 for the cost of the documents?
Can we assume that Notnice26 still has full ownership of the documents, and the pdf password, should she wish to modify the pdf docs? It's been very confusing in terms of understanding what happened over the last couple of days with her documents - just curious.

I believe they were paid for, retrieved, organized, and shared by one of our newest member: Notnice26, weren't they?

A short history of the logistics - so we can put all this stuff to rest.

1) Notnice26 pulls a Hall of Fame-worthy performance and runs to all the assorted court locations and gets the documents. She scans them in. They need to be redacted.

2) Whim (i.e. ME) redacts the files. In the process, I bumbled a little bit and in a super not-smart move, did not save the various layers of editing in their standalone formats.

3) At some point, it is brought up that the watermark needs to be adjusted - network television is known to use our materials without credit, so we made the watermarks bigger so that it's nearly impossible to use our work on camera without credit.

4) This took some time as I re-redacted, had discussions with Notnice26 to ensure that her wishes were met, as well as working with WS to ensure that all was "kosher" in the documentation department.

5) The files available at the alternate location will not always be. The files on the Dropbox are the most current, but are not "materially" different than the files already floating around. When Notnice has time, she will remove the existing files on her side and replace with the Dropbox items.

6) Notnice26, whimdriven, and a moderator are all in receipt of the password for the file.

Hopefully this post has cleared this up for interested parties. Thanks!

Is there a way to find out what kind of car or truck Worley drove in the late 80s??? The reason that I ask, is since Sierah disappeared, my sister and I began remembering an occurrence that happened in the late 80s. My sister was jogging on Co. Rd. K, and was close to home. A truck (she remembers it to be white) slowed down and ran her off the road and into the ditch. It then drove by her 2-3 times...she frantically sprinted home, thankfully she was close to home. She was a record holding sprinter. She did remember that there was something that made the truck unique...a tool box in the back or something like that...she couldn't specifically remember. This was in the summertime, and she said she was by a bean field.

Looking back, we should have called the police and told our parents. We were young and would've been even more scared to have gotten LE involved. I just wonder if this guy could have been JDW himself...and could my sister have escaped him??? I shutter at the thought. Regardless...there was a creep trying to freak her out back then.

Something like 10 years ago they were looking for a white pickup with a brush guard that was suspected to have been used in a late night bump and rape assault on CR 3. You should call the tip line.

Timeline

6:45 pm Sierah last seen by bf. At the time they split apart..she still had approx. 3-4 miles to bike to get home. She was leisurely biking and lets allow 25-30 minutes to bike 4 miles.

7:00-7:15 pm Approx. time of abduction starting to take place

7:00-9:45 pm This is broad..starting at 7 PM but LE has said that he stayed in area of abduction for approx. 2 hours. We do not know how they know this as "pinging" wouldn't pinpoint corn field..it would be up to a 10 mile radius. Speculating that perhaps JDW had GPS activated on his phone and they are able to say this because of GPS not pinging. Even then, gps is placing PHONE there...not him personally. We can also speculate that gps was activated AND he called someone/texted during that time placing the phone AND himself at location in corn. It really would be the only way that LE could say he was still in cornfield. This was postulated by LE but to my knowledge "they had reason to believe" but it is not being said as a confirmed fact.

10:00 PM BF raises alarm that he is unable to get a hold of her. Many, many phone calls start to happen among family and friends to see if anyone saw her. FB posts were made to have someone call if they had seen her.

11:30 PM Sierah is reported missing. Intense searching begins by LE and by family, friends.

12 midnite approx. LE finds evidence and bike in cornfield. It is now July 20, 2016

The most important thing in my opinion.

7:30 PM 7-19-2016 Sierah has been abducted

5:30 PM 7-21-2016 Warrants start to be sworn out regarding JDW

We have approx. 46 hours before warrants are issued.

We do not have time that LE was at his home but since warrants were being sworn out 46 hours after disappearance LE must have had that initial interview with him before then, Since the warrants were @ 5:30-6:30 PM July 21 2016 Meaning...LE was working on the warrants during the day of July 21 2016. Lets say 10AM they started writing them up. Now we are down to approx. 38 hours since she went missing.

We can also safely assume, I believe, that at the very latest...LE was watching him 24/7 38 hrs. after she went missing.

The wildcard is what time that LE did their initial interview. We can logically assume it was within 3 hours of them starting to write warrants as I don't believe there would be much "lag" time from JDW placing himself at the scene and LE scrambling to start getting warrants. LE will wake a judge in the middle of the night.

For the sake of argument...lets say that within 2 hours of them speaking to JDW for the first time they were putting warrants together and have now put JDW under surveillance.

That takes us to within 36 hours of the start of the abduction JDW was on the radar having been interviewed and warrants starting to be written up. It's also likely that that means 36 hrs after start of abduction JDW was under surveillance.

This means that...

At the LATEST....36 hours after the abduction started..Sierah was no longer alive and she was buried. There is NO other time he could have transported her off his property as he was under surveillance of LE. Once July 21 dawned...she could not have been transported under the cover of darkness..nor without LE seeing that JDW was doing so. I am still believing until told further that after midnight on the 20th of July...just hours after she was abducted, she was no longer alive and buried.

That's my timeline and it is supported when compared to warrants. Give or take a few hours.

After the 19th became the 20th at midnite...I believe at some point JDW cruised down to the area of abduction and saw the intense activity that was already going on. If he actually went "back" after midnite to "pick up his stuff " that was left....he wouldn't have been able to do so. LE was on the scene at approx. 11:30 PM. He knew RIGHT THEN that he would not be able to "keep" her.

I believe that Sierah was killed and buried the same night she disappeared. If still alive when taken onto his property...after JDW "went back" to get his stuff...he saw the searchers. He made a decision right then that this was way to fast and intense to keep her any longer than he already had. LE was already on the scene. FBI was on the scene the next day so I am eliminating the night hours of July 20 for him to bury her.

It was already done the previous night.

Yes, that is my theory 5 or 6 pages back. From the evidence receipts, he'd already been swabbed by 5:37pm on the 21st, so less than 48 hrs after she went missing. They don't do swabs on location, they weren't doing the swabbing on his front porch or under an apple tree.

I went back and read some early articles and found this:

"After the sheriff’s office found the bike early Wednesday morning, it contacted the state for help. Using a helicopter with infrared vision, officials searched the area before contacting the FBI and other agencies at daylight that day." Toledo Blade--http://www.toledoblade.com/Police-Fire/2016/07/21/Woman-missing-volunteers-help-search.html

If they were using a helicopter with infrared vision at night, I am sure they would be scanning not just the site where the bike was found but would have been looking around the area as well. So, I believe that you are right, Jashrema, I believe he killed her and buried her before midnight and the increased presence in the area.

I cannot recall everyone who is verified, but jashrema is the verified insider who I look to for accurate information. She is the aunt of Josh, Sierah's boyfriend.

I am sure there are other verified individuals on this thread who know what they are talking about, but for me, I look to jashrema.

Exactly. This comforts me the most because you just KNOW that she screwed up his disgusting plans for anything long and drawn out. She was tiny/thin but she grew up in the country. Those country girls are strong and they don't take s***. She was in familiar surroundings and I think that helped spur her on. That the LOVE that everyone had for her is what brought about his end. LOVE conquered EVIL. There's a symbiosis there that still allows me to believe that God is still watching.

Does anyone know if the green crate mentioned in the barn is a dog crate? Metal or plastic? Maybe a holding cell before he could get to the hidden room?

When was the sandwich found? it was said to be soft bread.

Down here (Texas) we dig ponds for cattle. Did they have cows at one time?

I remember shoe charms from the eighties and nineties.

I have a few random things built up in my brain-

1. I do NOT think he flagged her for help. Everything about this guy says that he feels real joy and power from the ambush. With RG, he passed her, turned around and rammed her from the back. I think that is exactly what happened. This guy was not confident enough to sit on the side of the road and hope a cute girl passed by and stopped to help his creeper looking self. I do not think that happened at all.

2. The boards they took with holes and the hook eye bolts (I might be calling them the wrong names). That seems to me to go together. This dude had wood with holes drilled in that were holding bolts that he had restraints attached to. He's disgusting.

3. So, why all the digging? I have followed many cases, but I am not sure I have followed any that went to digging so quickly. Well, I take that back- that husband and wife that were killed by their "friends" over a fight over drugs and they were buried in friends back yard. Arizona, I think. The started digging almost immediately, but they also found them in there! So, why all the digging in the barn so quickly? They must have thought something was there. And did they find it? Maybe they were digging out the room, but I cant imagine wanting to destroy that so quickly.

I had something else, but I cant remember right now.

After searching the barn and house, they found evidence that suggested more victims. Although Sierah was buried off the property, they must have thought that Worley had bodies on the property - thus the digging. Nothing was found.

Im pretty sure it stretches almost to Co. RD. 7 where the trailer that people lived in is.

Sent from my SM-J320P using Tapatalk

Per the real estate records and aerial view, it extends back about 390 feet from County Road 6. That's less than a tenth of a mile. The property is surrounded by field which I can only guess was part of the original farm.

Maybe he had fresh digging spots and moved items off of his property. Therefore they could say they weren't found on his property.

If you look up google maps & type in JDW's address you can see a street view of his house. I 'm new to tapatalk. I have skimmed through the threads & read JDW's case pertaining to SJ. I m still trying to figure out how to use this App.

What is a shoe charm? A shoe-shaped charm for a charm bracelet? Or a charm that is placed on shoe? (⬅️Is there such a thing?)
