The article I originally read that said he had been arrested outside of Ohio has now been deleted. Not sure whats going on.

Yes I noticed this issue too. There was one news station link related to the story and now I can't get it.

That's interesting. I didn't catch it the first time I read and just saw "in custody" and thought well, it could still be him. I scrolled back to the top and saw that bit. Hmm.

He no longer had a regular job. He gave up trucking and did "shop services" which per the secretary of state was small engine repair.

It seems that the issue with that first article was that it stated arrested in connection with her disappearance. He's in custody out of state on unrelated charges.

So no more casual lawn mowing; collecting, or delivering small engines needing repair?

Maybe he called he said he was closed for the day.

I don't think he had a "regular schedule". It wasn't a I'm on the road to do pickups at 8, in my shop by 11 and lunch at 1 type of thing. And if he only made $1,000 last year business doesn't sound so well. Granted he was likely lying about income and took jobs under the table, but I doubt he had a set schedule and lots of work.

Full articles still say out of state.

If it's not him and his flapping jaws that brought this on, I have to say, potentially solving a 39 year old case impresses the heck out of me.

if he is the suspect in Yvonne's case, there are so so so many out there... and since Yvonne's case is just like the heeringa case, maybe HE is the suspect and not that other guy?

If it is JDW charges should be brought by tomorrow because they can't keep it a secret for to long. I suspect more charges against him by next Wednesday.

I have been giving this some thought and came up with casinos. Maybe he is a gambler. I get the feeling he does not do well with relationships with anyone. He doesn't have a good work history where he had co workers or higher ups. He wanted to be in charge or left alone. IMO that is why he did his own businesses and truck driving. I think he also fancies himself as someone who can bluff his way through life an perhaps he thought he could be a pro poker player. It would also be a place to troll for victims. Casinos are designe and decorated to encourage people to relax and put down their guard. That is how they get them to gamble away all their money. Another trick is keeping the air on the dry side an the food is often seasoned to make you thirsty and hopefully drink alcoholic drinks to loosen you up.

I don't see him getting that close to civilization. Back in the day hitch hikers were convenient for his kind, today he has the power of the world wide web. And/or the power of a business I.D. are there any missing women who possibly went to get their car repaired, oil change....shuttled...
