Yeah Bravo, it makes sense that she would be called by the State vs. defense, and perhaps just at the Penalty Phase. Had me quivering thinking of what the defense would be calling her for during the CIC. Whew! Although I'm surprised that we haven't heard that she would be on the list as I would think that would have been discussed during pretrial hearings (it may have been, but missed it?)

This is a really solid case. All the Defense can do is poke holes here and there. It's their job. Not sure I can stand another trial of Defense dragging in "experts" with their MRI and PET scans explaining why he is the way he is. Or that Auntie Bee dropped him on his head when he was 2. Or he was abused etc. etc. He is an evil, sadistic, psychopathic killer. All my opine of course.

Article with video. As the family posting here wanted to share that they appreciated the photos in court, and it showed how Sierah fought him off, I'm going to post them. She indeed fought like a tiger and left her marks. :rose:

Icat so sorry that you and your family have to deal with such a tragic event in your family. I did not personally know your cousin but grew up in the area and have followed the story since the first day. I even signed up to volunteer bit was not needed. I hope you and your family can find comfort in knowing so many people care. Also after seeing the investigators testify you can tell it is more then a job for them. I feel they have handled this with so much expertise. Take care and thanks for sharing.

How do you know when she will be called? I am trying to figure out when the best days to go and not go would be. I really need to make some money while I still can (I am a substitute teacher and school will be out soon)

A person could know beforehand possibly by Being a family member and asking the victims advocate to request the info from the state (may only give one days notice?) Normally the media would give you notice also by just reading msm in many cases. Again, may only be one days notice? For strategic reasons, the state may not want that information out? The witness may not want that information out either?

I was just wondering if anyone knew the schedule somehow . I hate to miss any days but unfortunately I have bills to pay . Adulting sucks.

I didn't see many of the pre-trial arguments. The State doesn't really need her to prove their case. Whether they tried or not I don't know. Defense would have fought it and it would be granted in their favor. State can call her during Penalty Phase after he is found Guilty (which IMO he will be) Support the many, many aggravating factors the State has.

Explicit sexual terms were searched from JW computer called xvideos.

Keyword searches showed interest in teen girls and forced sex; forced sbused teen, hogtyed (six). SJ was bound in similar way a month after the search.

“hogtyed” search was made 6/24/2016, at 5:03 am.

Oh wow I guess I didn't realize the previous victim was going to be on the stand. How horrifying to relive it after all these years and then for the family to hear that this could have possibly prevented, hence Sierrah's law. My spouse was on jury selection and they went around the room asking who knew what and if they knew those involved. My spouse said they met when he got out of jail the first time (it was in public when introduced by one of JWs family members) and both attorneys rushed up to talk with judge and after several minutes my spouse was dismissed. I wonder if they were discussing in relation to Gardner.

RG will not be on the stand until Trial is over and penalty phase starts. If she has agreed. State will call her and throw every aggravator at the Jury they have. RG is a strong one along with all the evidence. I don't expect much during Trial from the Defense, if anything. They may just rest. Defense I expect will have much to say during penalty phase. May see some of killers Family etc. Any/all mitigating circumstances. This is a Capital Case. IMO

What will they tell us? When she died? Why there was blood on the panties? The article from people said she was not sexually assaulted. I simply can not imagine that was true if there was blood with her DNA in those panties. I am not a violent person but let me tell you sitting there in that court room and hearing this gives me the extreme urge to attack this monster. Idk how the men in the court room have held themselves back.
