  We’ve heard from Crime Scene Investigators all morning. Now on the witness stand, A friend of #jamesworley .He described them watching together involving bondage, sometimes while Worley’s elderly mother was napping in the next room.

I'm thinking now about the video capture that was talked about from LE. OMG. If he had video of any of this, with this guy on the stand now leading me to thinkthinkthink (no offense to our poster and Winnie the Pooh).. I'm speechless.

Said the two would watch various types of together, and that Worley had told him he hoped to make money creating such films

There seems to be incontrovertible evidence even with only ~3 days in. This makes me wonder if defense attys tell their clients "you are going to jail for a long long long time, and the ONLY way you might not, is to go to trial and hope that we can appeal some evidence." (And I get paid by the court lots of money and get free publicity)

Otherwise, it's like a Jodi Arias, who just wants to destroy others as she is going down.

But who is it destroying, other than the family and friends and loved ones that have to listen to this?

Throughout the testimony, Sierah's mother and other family members sit in the front row at the trial, with others scattered throughout the courtroom.

Some were seen getting emotional, while many wore purple in support of Sierah, as we're told it was her favorite color.

In many cases, they try to throw in mitigation information into the trial during this phase? I've not seen such, perhaps it was a local news show?

Mr. K****, who said he visited the Worley residence "once or twice a month," testified that the two sometimes watched together while Worley's mother slept in her bedroom. The last time they did so was the winter before Ms. Joughin disappeared....."He had some lingerie...it was all packaged up," he said.....Mr. K testified that Worley had shown him some of those items in the barn and that the suspect talked about plans for what prosecutors called "casting couch" videos, but Mr. K said he didn't take them seriously. He noted several other businesses Worley ran — a transportation and a flower drying business — had previously failed.Worley at one point asked the court to move a pile of exhibits blocking his view of Mr. K.

Flower drying business? I've never heard of that one before. What equipment would that entail? (I guess a rhetorical question, as I don't recall any equipment for such being in the search warrants?)

ETA: "flower drying business" and in the article a "transportation business".... my mind just went somewhere :thud: :notgood:

Times like this I want to shout out to prosecutor to ask more questions!
