Icat I don't know if it was ever determined that the freezer was operational. I assumed just a large box he could put things in to conceal and lock up. His brother was living there and needed to keep him out.
But they said something about a bunch of holes being drilled through wood and an electrical cord running through it or something like that. Why would a person carpet a freezer.

IMO the carpet was put in because whatever he put in there he didnt want it to stick to the bottom or sides.

Maybe for a fan? Indeed a sick person living for so many years in our community.

Oh my. Or to make it more comfortable. :( After all he had an air matress that he put SJ on. What in his mind is the point of giving them that small amount of comfort?

We may never know as to why he had carpet in the freezer. There are so many reasons as stated. The cold also kills bacteria from foul smell.
I am not sure if I can ask this or anyone knows, but was jury selection just people from Fulton Co. or was it surrounding counties too (Lucas, Williams & Henry)?

I wanted to also comment on the red shorts. IMO it was him. Worley. He hid his face by turning his back. I know some wondered why in shorts on a motorcycle. I don't see this monster as a usual motorcycle enthusiast. Weather was incredibly warm and if he was out then he was hunting. He is a Predator :stormingmad:

If i remember correctly, the witness said he was in a crouch with his forearms bent in front of him with his hands up towards his face. She even demonstrated, he didn't turn his back. What it made me think of was when a child crouches and covers their face with the thought, "If I can't see you, you can't see me either"

Thank You for the clarification. Bizarre. Then again I have to remember what this creature is.

Yes thanks you for how he was reported in the field. I keep thinking he had to go to road 7 either at night or perhaps dropped of his brother with a shovel. I remember the road was closed going south for road construction.

Does any one have any idea who is left as witnesses for the prosecuting. Side?

I couldn’t find a list. I think we need to look at all the subpoenas to figure it out.

I don't recall his brother's trailer being mentioned in any of the search warrants, nor has he ever been mentioned in any mainstream articles about being associated with this.

During LE and BCI testimony 1st and 2nd day while you could watch the live stream the brother’s trailer was mentioned multiple times. If I am remembering correctly it was stated that it was searched but nothing of interest was found or submitted as evidence. I would need to rewatch to refresh my memory as to who testified to that and when.

It was mentioned at some point that JW made 2 phone calls from his phone that night. As far as I know it was never released who those phone calls were made to. What do you guys think about that? Do you think it will be brought up by the defense?

BCI labeled every ‘building’ on the property with a letter.... the trailer had a letter. I do remember that.
