Agreed. A narcissistic person. jmo
This kind of person will also hold a grudge over minor or imagined wrongs. If their career is going down the drain, they may lash out in anger and rage at various innocent targets.

Great point. He annihilated the children's caregivers leaving them unprotected for who knows how long it could have been. What a scary looking and acting individual. MOO
He left the Tepe children technically orphaned. Their extended family will gain custody and care for them of course, but it stinks that there aren’t special charges against him for what he’s also done to the little ones.

How does the extradition process work between states? I’m sure it varies depending on distance but will he be flown to Ohio or will someone have to drive this miserable person 6 hours?

Could he possibly have shot them more than we think and have picked up most casings. May have missed some because he could not find or see the casings at that time.

What a beautiful wedding video of Spencer and Monique on their wedding day, Jan. 30, 2021. A winter wedding so beautifully done, you could feel their love for each other. The video captioned Spencer giddy and happily ready to marry Monique and Monique found her prince. Her words were perfect and endearing and spoken from her heart. Even though, I didnt know them I feel they were meant to be together. They created a fabulous family, but, sadly, their lives ended in tragedy. Im devastated for their children and families. How do you recover... you dont. my opinion only

My guess would be they will drive him, but idk.

I've seen both methods. Kohberger was flown from PA to ID. Leticia Stauch was driven from FL to CO.

I am curious about these board exams. Do they do a background check? I know they do that for the Bar exams. If they did a background check something could have come up regarding his ex and their marriage. That could have triggered all of this. Something that he couldn't control or correct. Didn't we read that the records for their divorce were updated last year? Just throwing this out there.
Background checks are typically connected to the basic state medical licensure which MM had already gone through. Not the specialty exams. But this may vary state to state perhaps.

Hospital or clinic credentialing/employment may conduct background checks.

He was currently going through more advanced specialty credentialing involving written and oral exams, he was taking a long time to pass them which perhaps means he was not passing them and had to take them over.

This process is time limited, the clock was ticking and he was running out of time. He was hitting some major roadblocks in his career, which meant limited job possibilities, reduced salary, and loss of status. This could cause him to spiral out of control.

He was also involved in a medical law suit. I suppose those plaintiff attorneys could be nosing around in a past divorce etc.

And MM was changing jobs and the new hospital would conduct credentialing background checks.

I did a quick google, so someone please correct me if it's wrong, but looks like a minimum of 2 people will have to sit in a car with him for an extended period of time. I wouldn't want to pull the short straw on this one, that's for sure.

It won't be revealed when or how he will be extradited back to Ohio.

As you said he either will be flown or driven back to Ohio.

I thought it was a little strange, in the wedding video, in her vows when she said something to the effect of: "I am so happy I found you after so many bad bumble dates, a WRONG relationship" -- to an egotistical narcissist like MM this could have been seen as a slap in the face, the ultimate betrayal and public embarrassment. That could have festered as that video was publicly available for 4+ years on YouTube. It's not rational but that one line in her vows could have fueled his rage.
Yes!! This really stood out to me in the video as well. Imagine someone like MM - knowing that if any of his family, friends, colleagues, etc heard that - his ego was likely mortified. Also, if I’m MM - of course, I’m going to believe she’s obviously referring to me since we were married - regardless how brief. He probably thought she’d never find someone “as good as him.” By golly, when she found an attractive, dentist that had to hurt.

I’ll be honest … when I watched a snippet of what my ex husband said during his speech at his wedding (referring to me - his past) I was really, really hurt. (yes, I searched it out online which I wish I had not & I watched it many times!) I just didn’t understand why he felt the need to bring me up on his “special” day with his new bride. It stung. With that said , he & his new wife, are still alive & hopefully happy. But I’m being honest - I never forgot his dig. When I watched the Tepe wedding video I instantly recalled how I felt.

With people like MM you never know what can set them off especially if things weren’t going well at work, maybe he hasn’t met anyone, etc. Also, doctors tend to stay very busy. My good friend, who’s been a surgeon for about 2 years now lives a very isolated lifestyle. Not because she wants to - it’s her schedule & her hours. I always try to understand it, but I never will 😥

I’ve thought about the Tepe children everyday. I’ll never understand how murderers see killing as a solution. 😥

A lot of people hate silence and that is a long drive. Here's hoping he fills the uncomfortable silence and hangs himself with his words.

"McKee's attorney said, according to the Register Star, that the doctor would waive an extradition hearing, meaning he will be brought back to Franklin County. His attorney said the transfer back to Ohio is expected to happen this week.

When McKee returns to Ohio, he will be taken to the Franklin County jail and then make an initial appearance in Franklin County Municipal Court...

...Aggravated murder is a more serious charge than murder. In Ohio, murder is punishable by 15 years to life in prison. The aggravated murder charge means McKee could now face a maximum sentence of life in prison with no possibility of parole. He could also face the death penalty — although Ohio has not carried out an execution since 2018."

He may in his warped mind think she is the cause of his problems with his career.

I went to a wedding where the brides divorced parents both spoke. The mother just addressed the couple, the father named himself for his “mistakes” he made during his first marriage. Totally unnecessary. Some things are best left unsaid. Theres a time and place.
I could definitely understand being wounded by someone’s words. There would be no reason to have to address anyone else from your past at your wedding. Maybe she felt uncomfortable getting married again within 3 years of her divorce having some of the same people there? Perhaps appealing to the grooms family? Just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. Especially since her life was horrifically cut short- the prime of her life. So sad

McKee appears to me to be shaking/trembling throughout that appearance.
I didn’t see that, he appears calm and nodding his head at time. Emotionless 😐
