OH - Spencer and Monique Tepe found shot to death at home 2 children unharmed, Columbus, 30 December 2025

It could be as simple as ST and/or MT didn't want the exposure to everyone in the surrounding areas that were looking for a wedding video business seeing their wedding video which also includes family & friends and a personal vow and little speeches and was made for them and their loved ones.

If that was their wishes and the BIL knew it yet proceeded to send their wedding video to news outlets after their horrific murders I call that exploiting their deaths and for personal business gain.
I wonder if it could be because it was during Covid Times. Maybe they didn’t want to publicize having a gathering of that scale or some other Covid-adjacent reason?

The family did say it was a "covid era" private celebration in one article, so yes, an intimate gathering. I posted Rob Misleh's work just above, and he had the wedding video up since 4 years ago on YT and is currently replying to comments.

I would think if that pwrson had been at the bar, therecwould be camera footage from bar or near bar of person?

Good point, I personally think we will see alot more video with this case. I can't help but to think its an intended murder and not random.

The home was built in April 2020. Google street view still has that stretch of street it as an empty grass lot. They closed on the home May 8, 2020 for $487,500

I have a landline, specifically kept for 911 calls and an intercom gate system that works over landlines. You lose precious time stating your address to the 911 operator when calling one in on a cel phone.
There may have been older homes torn down in that area to make way for the new homes. Urban redevelopment.

Retired FBI special agent Harry Trombitas explained that if investigators provide detailed information about where they are in the investigation, that could tip off the offender, that police are getting close to identifying a suspect.

On it's Facebook page, CPD says it continues to receive numerous tips from the community which detectives are following up. CPD goes on to thank the community for the tips that have been received, as detectives work diligently to solve the case, and will continue to update the case as the investigation progresses.

[…]
Trombitas does not believe the murders were random and is confident the killer will be caught.

He posted their wedding video on YT 4 years ago and has had it up all this time, stating he kept it up their for everyone to see their love etc.

He also has other wedding vids on YT and his video production website and a portrait of Spencer and Monique (see attached below). Those have been up there prior to this story.

Rob Misleh also won an award for a short horror movie about killing people and turning them into leather..

But yes, the guy seems very self aggrandizing as you can tell from his many interviews about "story telling" on IG, FB etc,
I was more so referring to his other social media profiles where he would cross post wedding content (Facebook, instagram, tiktok) and did not post theirs.

That’s all :)

Oh that’s actually a really good thought - I remember the times of gatherings of certain sizes without masks being a “hot topic” 🤣

I also had another thought that maybe it had to do with not wanting the ex husband to see if there was anything worrisome there. Which wouldn’t matter anymore in regards to sharing it

So the brother in law has done yet another interview (of course - does he have a PR manager and agent now?) and said he knows who made the domestic dispute call and it wasn’t Monique, another woman who lived there at the time. How would he know this and more importantly why add fuel to the fire? Especially since the female on the domestic disturbance call said she was having a verbal argument with her partner? Is he trying to make his brother in law look bad?

Imo, if I knew that a woman staying there in April was the person who called, I’d get that out there too. I’ve seen so many clickbait headlines about this 911 call, implying that it was Monique. If I knew it wasn’t her, or even really thought it, I’d be telling everyone.

Also a woman staying there could definitely have had a boyfriend over too. This could be people who know the door code. It could be a bad guy (if his girlfriend called 911 on him!). It could be that the brother-in-law’s info could help!

I can’t shake the feeling, that some insanely jealous person may have shot the couple in the house, because that is where they got married.

You are absolutely right--I think LE most certainly needs to probe more deeply into the possible reasons for such an urgent response from friends/colleagues. I hope they have all been forthcoming with investigators.
It did sound sus when I first heard that they called 911 so soon, imo, but if my husband didn’t show up for work, his coworkers would definitely call me if he wasn’t responding. If neither of us responded, they’d absolutely send someone to our house (we live close to his work but if we didn’t, they may slip to just doing 911). If that didn’t get them any info but they saw our cars at home, they might call the police!

Some people have crazy good work ethics who just don’t ever call off, let alone pull no-shows and go radio silent.

I've basically been ignoring the 911 call because the BIL explained it. However, why would the police release this, they know it's not Monique. OMG. If the police just released this, it's got to be important to them. Why would they release something like that, right now? It doesn't make sense. Please enlighten me, what have I missed not paying attention, as suddenly I am wondering if that call means more than we think?? I know the police know that isn't Monique.
Police didnt release it, I believe Fox News was the first. Probably why they are not an approved source on websleuths, doesnt look like they fact check.

The owner of the practice was in fact in Florida, so he doesn't need to state an alibi. It seemed he was awkwardly trying to navigate the call.

Spencer was shot twice. Monique once.
3 9mm spent casings recovered on scene. Nothing telling about that. Had Spencer been mag-dumped and his wife shot once, then yes it would seem like directed rage. A double tap and single tap to people in the same room doesn't say much. Seems like a quick reaction. They can probably tell how quickly the shots were in Spencer based off the shot grouping.

As for the noise liability we don't know that there was a lot of noise, other than the gunshots (even in the unlikely event they were suppressed). Could have been a lot of noise between the 3 shots, kids, and golden doodle. . We discussed how people in the city are desensitized to noise We know the next morning the kids were likely yelling/crying and neighbors didn't hear it. One neighbor said he hears gunshots all the time.

So we have either:

1) random skell / druggy wandering into a house opportunistically and up the stairs

2) professional hit hired by someone with a grudge or financial incentive

3) jealous plotting friend/relative/little brother, someone local and unstable but in their extended social circle

Place your bets, 1, 2 or 3?
2. Until/unless PD releases more information, whole thing looks really clean…done by a competent calculated person. I’d put money on him discovering some kind of fraud within the dental practice and he was shut up by a current/former coworker.

AI so there could be some errors but home gathering regulations don't appear to have been an issue when they married on Jan.30,2021

AI Overview

In January 2021, state-level health orders in Ohio encouraged people to stay at home during overnight hours and mandated wearing masks in public, but
did not specifically prohibit gatherings inside private residences. The primary statewide restriction prohibited public and private gatherings of greater than 10 people occurring outside a single residence, with specific rules for venues like banquet halls and sports arenas.

Statewide Guidance and Orders
  • Stay at Home Order: A health order effective until January 23, 2021, encouraged individuals to stay at their place of residence between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., with exceptions for essential activities, work, medical care, and providing care for others.
  • Mass Gatherings: The primary mass gathering order applied to events and gatherings outside of a single residence, generally limiting them to 10 people and requiring social distancing and masks.
  • Mask Mandate: A statewide mask mandate was in effect, requiring individuals to wear face masks indoors (and outdoors if social distancing was not possible).

Private Residences
The statewide orders generally made allowances for activities within a private home, focusing their enforceable regulations on public venues and organized events.
However, some individual cities or counties (such as Akron, Oxford, Kent, and Cuyahoga County) implemented their own, stricter local ordinances that did regulate private gatherings. For example, a November 2020 ordinance in Akron prohibited gatherings of more than 6 persons who did not live in the same household.
In essence, while statewide orders encouraged caution, the responsibility for specific gathering limits within private homes often fell to local health departments and municipal ordinances.'

Just a month before their 5th anniversary when they may be discussing the plans where to go and how to celebrate? Sure,

Maybe he's really some jealous and mentally ill stalker, like BK. Sometimes all it takes for such a person to be triggered is a few words or one wrong look.
