Local news reporter has posted the probable cause affidavit. It is pretty short and just reiterates that they were able to link a car seen on surveillance to his identity/ownership. I’m sure they’ll have a press release or conference that is more specific.

Hopefully. He will be faced with the evidence...his vehicle, his absence in Chicago, probably his phone tracking, online searching for how to unlock (if he did enter that way), looking at those wedding pictures multiple times, bullet casings, his weapon if not discarded, the video of him , etc.
For a smart person, he was not smart.

We knew that from the mistakes made by the killer in this case, it was not a professional or experienced killer. Even smart but inexperienced killers make mistakes.

Another red flag was the legal divorce case being activated again? But people here dismissing it as a paperwork snafu. Perhaps it was real and the ex was stirring up legal trouble?

So he had an excuse for why he was in the Cbus area in case questioned about it. So the holiday timing was perhaps deliberate.

I wonder if while he was in Columbus visiting family in Zanesville (if he was doing that), if during one of his stake-outs, he tampered with the rear house lock so that it was inoperative, if that is possible, and that Spencer and Monique didn't know that when they set the locks that night. Is that possible, I wonder?

Once I heard Plunder's video, and all that she said, I knew it could be him as people can harbor resentment and hate for decades, their whole lives really. And he had done some very bizarre things after she filed for divorce. I am just hearing, so I now have to go catch up on what is happening, happened, and what will now be revealed about Michael McKee. I am so very relieved for the Weiland Park community. They are working hard to keep their crime rate down, and have come a long way. They can at least feel safe, and at peace. I know this is a huge relief, shock, and devastating news to the family. Oh how heartbreaking, truly, truly. So many people hurt by this.
