Yeah, but a tattoo is permenant. These were only temporary.

I'd like to hear more about the case. The press is notorious for distorting facts, as we all know. The details in the case are rather vague. A "device"? If the marks were burned what degree of injury? first? second? third?

I want to hear more before I get upset about it.
It doesn't matter. A mark on a child in the shape of ANYTHING is wrong!! and he burned it into them. i think its sick.

Those of you who have seen me post are probably aware that I try to look at both sides of a story and see what the other side of the story is. I have to say, this teacher crossed the line so far that there isn't another side of the story that matters. I think criminal files should be charged.
I'm with you, I try to see both sides of stories but can't come up with a logical explanation for this one. The teacher was not only wrong, but charges for child endangerment or abuse should be filed, IMO.
