All I can say for sure is there was an extreme lack of adult supervision, or adults who care in her life. Not trying to victim blame but why do parents keep inviting these creeps into their childrens' lives?
Looking at the FB pages, they were being VERY public about their "relationship" and have been since at least 2021. We (the internet lurkers) found these pages in a couple of days, I'm calling BS that parents/caregivers weren't aware. Either that, or they didn't care enough to check.

But TK has been in a relationship with said 23 year old for a while now and both have loudly and proudly proclaimed it all over social media for months, possibly years?? and LE say TK and MS are actually step siblings?? This girl hasn't got chance one at a life. She is surrounded by idiots. One look at the plethora of FB accounts held by TK and MS tells you all you need to know. Very very sad.

I am very pleasantly surprised that they sentenced him for that long!

In September, Stiver plead guilty to multiple charges including three counts of rape, pandering obscenity involving a minor, kidnapping, interference of custody, domestic violence, endangering children and grand theft.

Tuesday, Stiver was sentenced by Judge Deena Calabrese to 35-to-40 years in prison.
