An article in the Columbus Dispatch announced that the task force investigating the disappearances and deaths of missing women in southern Ohio has created an email account for folks to send email tips.

Investigators create email tipline in search for missing women

A task force investigating a string of potentially-linked missing-persons cases and deaths in southern Ohio has added another way for people to submit tips: an email account.

The Ross County sheriff’s office said today that tipsters can now send information to detectives via a [email protected] email address.

A hotline of 740-774-FIND(3463) had already been established.

Our first opportunity comes Monday, when law enforcement officials will gather with members of our government, religious, and business community in a show of force against the darkness that has overtaken us. They’ll meet on the steps of the Ross County Courthouse and announce a new resolve to combat the ills we face.

They’ve created the plan, but we have to help. We can start by showing up, en masse, to the courthouse and showing them we are truly behind them. We need a crowd so big that everyone — but particularly the drug dealers, pimps, and criminals — must take notice.

At 2 p.m. Monday, it’s time to take action. It is time for the residents of Chillicothe to begin to take their town back. We’ll see you there.

Lemons’ mother, Diana Willett, told NBC News that she had last spoken to her daughter about the upcoming holidays, which they planned to spend together. There was no way she would skip town without a heads up, she said.

“I just knew something was wrong that she hadn’t gotten a hold of anyone for Christmas,” Willett added. “I knew something was wrong. It was a mother’s gut feeling.”

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – Police are investigating a possible lead into the disappearances of six women – and the deaths of at least four of them – after another near-victim killed a man about two hours away.

Neal Falls, 45, of Springfield, Oregon, began attacking a woman in Charleston, West Virginia Saturday night after the two had arranged to meet through a website often used to arrange prostitution, according to police.

A woman’s body was found — but little more than that is known.

Wanda's mother, Diana Willet, said “My heart breaks because a part of me is missing.”

“We’ve got to find out who’s doing this and get it in control before we lose more girls,” she said.

Police tell us there’s no obvious ties between the woman found Tuesday and the other high-profile cases here.
