CINCINNATI — Cincinnati police are looking for a teen who went missing around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Police are looking for Yacsuri Alejandra Diaz Domingo, 15. They said the teen has been diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD and depression, as well as recently attempting suicide.

Diaz Domingo is 4 feet tall and weighs around 100 pounds. She has brown eyes.

Police believe Diaz Domingo is heading to her boyfriend's house in Price Hill.

Police searching for 15-year-old girl believed to be in danger

Yacsuri Alejandra Diaz Domingo, 15, ran away around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

Diaz Domingo had been staying at the Lighthouse Mecum House in Corryville. The facility provides services for abused and neglected children.

She has a possible destination of a residence in the 900 block of Seton Avenue in Price Hill. Police say it’s the address of her boyfriend Cesar.
