No I’m not saying he should have done that. Because clearly he shouldn’t have and there were other ways he could have tried to settle the dispute. I’m saying the sentence he got was excessive as anyone else convicted of that crime would have gotten 1 to 2 years at most. So the sentence really seemed like it was just revenge for him being found not guilty in the murder case.
Well, to be honest, I'm fine with that.

Fred Goldman is still alive, 85 years old. This has consumed his life, since Ron was killed, over 30 years ago. Reminds me of that movie, "Les Miserables". He is finally getting his justice, after so many years.
