Our legal system has tied the hands of the good people who want to get the monsters. It is a tragedy what attorneys have done to us getting the bad guy. I am disgusted. Even in death, the darn criminals rights are foremost in the minds of law enforcement. I know LE doesn't want it like this. The job is difficult at best for police, thanks to the legal process.

On local Channel 5 news, they just reported that an investigator showed up at the fathers house. She was inside for about 20 minutes, then left. There are reports there are two bodies, but they have not announced identification as of yet.

BREAKING NEWS: Police Find Car In Connection to Wanted Lester Hobbs

Authorities have found a car near Lake Thunderbird matching the description of a car connected to a man wanted for murder and kidnapping charges.

A white Toyota Paseo with Oklahoma license plate number 577-BPW was found at Southeast 108th Street and Highway 9 in Norman. The car matched the description of a car authorities said they believed Lester Hobbs was driving after murdering his estranged wife, Tonya Hobbs, in January and kidnapping her 7-year-old daughter Aja Johnson.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Spokesperson Jessica Brown said she can not yet confirm that the car is that of the one in connection with Lester Hobbs. She said Norman police have given the car's tag number to OSBI, and that tag number matches the tag of the car the OSBI has been looking for.

An unidentified law enforcement officer arrived at J.J. Johnson's home in Southwest Oklahoma City around 5:45 p.m.

SkyNEWS 9 HD Pilot Mason Dunn said the car looked as though it had been at the location for quite some time. He also said there appeared to be a body outside the car and another inside the car.

Police found a car in Norman that matches the description of a car connected to Lester Hobbs.

Lester Hobbs' Toyota Paseo was found near 108th Street and Highway 9 at about 4 p.m. Monday. A spokeswoman with the state medical examiner's office confirmed that an examiner has been called to the scene.

Agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation are at the scene.

Aja's father, J.J. Johnson, believes Aja is dead, his wife, Terri Johnson, said in a telephone interview this evening. OSBI contacted them, she said, but did not tell them whether or not Aja's is one of the bodies that's been found.

"This is a big weight off of his shoulders," Terry Johnson said of her husband. "At least now there's closure, and of course, I'm right by his side."

The OSBI has told the Comanche County Sheriff that two bodies, both badly decomposed, were found inside the vehicle. Their identities have not been confirmed.

When NEWS 9 updated J.J. Johnson on what crews were able to see at the scene, he became visibly upset.

"I had a feeling something like this would happen. The gutless person Lester is, he would do something like this. I never wanted to accept it but in the back of my mind I always thought he would do this. He knew what was coming at the end of the road and being like he is, he wasn't going to go alone. That's probably why he took Aja with him," J.J. Johnson said.
