A man called and said he found human remains near Frank Phillips Boulevard and Adams Boulevard.

Officials said the body looks to have been at the location from anywhere to three months to a year.

The person may have been transient and living in the area.

"A wallet was found in the area and it identified a man from the Grove area. When the family was contacted by police, they told them that the man was kind of a drifter. The family mentioned that he had been missing for about two months."
