I will never excuse Cody, no redemption. But looking through the cases, it paints a picture of what these kids lived through when they were young and how it may have gotten to this point. I hope their egg donor is prosecuted to the fullest extent.

Gonna go out on a limb here, and guess that maybe what Heather really wanted was to live a life away from her brutally abusive brother (and possibly abusive family) without being murdered.

Having then been murdered by that brutally abusive brother, I'll go even further along that limb and suggest that Heather might have wanted the brother to be accountable for those crimes.

Apparently, MOMMIE DEAREST, had no idea what Heather wanted! This whole story infuriates me and makes me sick to my stomach....and brings back memories I don't need. RIP Heather, you deserved so much better than you received on this earth.

I think Garde should have been charged with statutory rape at the very least. I'm tired if seeing his grooming and rape of his minor sister called a "years long sexual relationship". Putting aside the incest, she was too young to consent to a man 9 years her senior and obviously in a household where she was totally dehumanized.

One of the most heinous cases I’ve seen here at WS. The fact their own mom (I use that term derisively) knew about the incest and defended this monster - absolutely defies humanity.

I truly wish she could be charged as well.

There really does seems to be a different level to the OKLA criminals and their ability to evade the justice system on an real level. The Jamison case , the Riley Wilson case , Jeff Neff case was solved but it had all the finer points of an ok crime. So many more Glendon Gouker was caught but that lead to his other crimes. It really is wild IMO.

Oklahoma is a very unique state in that a landmark 2020 Supreme Court ruling deemed the state to be over 40% tribal land, and Oklahoma has limited jurisdiction over tribal lands (the federal government has jurisdiction).

It may not have specific relevance to this case, but it is an important thing to know about Oklahoma and crime.
