It makes me wonder what was going on between the 2 of them before the (and I use the term loosely) "relationship"? And how many years is "years" in this case? Whatever it is, it's even 1 second too long IMO.

Just happened upon this disgusting case.
Curious- what were the living situations of everyone? Were Heather, Cody and mom (and others?) all living in the "family home" together? Cody lived elsewhere? Cody and Heather lived elsewhere? Are there other younger siblings in the household?

I can find no MSM covering recent developments in this case. It appears from the docket as if Cody has plead out on this case and the court accepted it. No clue what the sentencing is/was. If anyone finds more info on how this resolved please post.

Which lists his charges as Incest- term of 10Y term code- incarceration and then there's Murder 2nd degree- term of Lifetime Supervision and term code of split probation. And then there's another Murder 2nd degree listed term of Lifetime Supervision and under term code it says split incarceration.
