I wonder if she was having a change in personality.
If she left her cellphone behind, I hope they can access it. It must have information on who she was in contact with.

Wow! My ancestors homesteaded in Caddo County, they were there at the opening in 1901.

Close to Fort Sill, in Lawton, with a few missing women of it's own.

Any type of head injury, surgery included, is really dangerous in this heat....

From article linked above:

While authorities said they are unsure of the direction she is traveling, Sherrill is driving a red and black 2007 Ford F-150 with the Oklahoma license plate DLN579.

Prayers, karma, positivity!

From the article in the above post #1:
"Authorities said she left her cellphone and wallet behind, got in a red truck and drove off."
Why, why, why would she do that? Only one thing comes to my mind, and it's not good.
I'm glad she is driving a red truck -- there are a lot of red trucks around, yes -- more and more people seem to be driving trucks these days -- but at least a red one might be more quickly noticed.
Crossing my fingers that my initial thought about this is way off.

I'm sure Ms. Sherrill is frustrated with the situation. But -- she's been gone too long if she just needed time to herself.

Caddo County, plenty of trucks.

Was it her red truck or did someone in a red truck pick her up? Surely if it was her truck they would know the year, make and licence plate number.

My BFF had brain surgery and he was home the next day. But he didn't have brain cancer.... Just a tumor.

His mother, Dawn Sherrill, disappeared from her Anadrako home last Wednesday night. Her son told KFOR she left in her boyfriend’s red Ford F-150 pickup truck and hasn’t been seen since. He’s worried because she recently had an emergency brain surgery.

“I have a picture of her just within the hour before she disappeared. She looked pleased, and they had just gone off for a ride and come back to the house,” said Dylan.

So it's her boyfriend's truck, not hers.

How scary.

My FIL had brain surgery after being diagnosed with brain cancer and was home from the hospital within a couple days. He also was not "in his right mind" due to his cancer, and basically had to have someone home with him 24/7 until he went into hospice and eventually passed because, due to his condition, he would do nonsensical things. For instance, I could see him grabbing car keys, getting in his car and just driving away.

I hope she is found soon and is OK.

Yeah plus it's a "red truck with a black tailgate and a large barbecue smoker in the bed"

That black tailgate on a red truck ought to help them when searching. Fingers crossed.

Wonder where they went on their ride? Maybe the BF can tell them if she mentioned wanting to go to a certain place - could be she is trying to get there?
