The first man who found her was pretty smart to immediately get help from someone else before he did anything. He would have found himself in the middle of this investigation quickly. I guess they still have to look at both men who found her, but they should be able to rule them out fast.

It is interesting because his MO does match! How many perps toss their clothes out the window after kidnapping and raping them?

The FBI is working on her case and I am sure they are aware of him plus his MO. They could be taking time to track his whereabouts and are not wanting to tip him off that they suspect it is him. I am sure they are searching hotels, motels, and other places in the area for the vehicle and any sign of this guy. I am willing to bet the people who saw the white Dodge Intrepid can give descriptions of the person driving since they came up with white male already. They are probably working on sketches right now.

Broken Arrow Police have released an updated description of the suspect they are looking for in the recent kidnapping and sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl. Police say the suspect is described as a white, fair-skinned male, with short thinning light colored hair, partially bald. The suspect’s age range is approximately 30 to 40-years-old. The suspect did not have facial hair or eyeglasses at the time of the assault.

Broken Arrow Police have also updated the suspect’s vehicle description. Police Major Mark Irwin says they are now looking for a smaller white car.

Until the 'do gooders' intervened with cries of 'it's inhumane'.

I'd love to see it brought back, but even then, these Pedo's would sit on death row for years and years, through appeal after appeal.....still breathing, while their victims live out their life sentences tortured by memories and flashbacks.

It wouldn't do you any good to have the death penalty. Only murderers who refuse to plead guilty, who refuse to make a deal and people who didn't actually murder anyone but were there when one happened get the death penalty.

These PREDATORS aren't the ones who get it. They get sentenced, then let OUT on probation/parole (big whoop.)

The question for me is, HOW can someone do this and BE LET BACK OUT? I can see letting someone back out who drove a getaway car after his buddy shot someone. I CAN NOT see how a child predator that could do something like this can ever see the light of day again.

You probably saw it the same place as me Poco During the Laci Peterson case there was quite a bit about that published. It is because of the automatic appeal and then all the legal costs involved. The difference was huge.

It's a substantial amount - I've often wondered why they don't just commute all the sentences to life without parole, take away their appeals and use the billions of dollars to PROTECT children rather than just wait for one to be murdered and spend so much on appeals for the killer.

I feel so sorry for this little girl and her parents. I will be interested in what kind of sentence will be in store for him. Oklahoma has such a varied record of time or punishment in such cases. :furious: :furious: :furious:

So far, police have little to go on. News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports the girl was taken Thursday evening in what Broken Arrow Police call a "snatch and go" abduction.
