Oh no. I'm guessing that the 11-year-old was the only one to get stabbed because the 7-year-old managed to free the 9-year-old, which makes me believe the plan was to stab all of them. And then, the mother set the kitchen on fire? She really wanted to make sure the 11-year-old didn't make out alive. She took the 7-year-old for what? To abuse her even more? Did she took her because she couldn't get to the 9-year-old, since she was on the run to a nearby family home? This is insane. Do these girls all have the same father? Whe is/are the father/s? Who has custody of these girls? No history of abuse but family says that there were some "issues" so, what were these "issues" that concern them? Drugs and/or alcohol involved?
Also, I took a very brief look (I'm at work and the first pictures are not very work place friendly) at the Facebook account someone shared and, to me, it looks like a "fake" account. Her real name is Taheerah Ahmad and her Facebook name is Kashmir [Cashmere?] Jackson. The few pictures I saw were not something I would post for family members to see so, I have to check if she has family members added. No pictures of the kids (or, at least, I didn't see any). The type of pictures and the name make me believe we have an escort type of situation here (or not, who knows?). I think this whole situation will get even uglier than it already is.

Did some more digging on the mother.
Her full name is Taheerah Ayesha Ahmad.
She filled for Bankruptcy probably in 2015, here is a link for that: https://www.open-public-records.com/court/oklahoma-14571238.htm
She is listed as a Case Manager/Care Coordinator at North Tulsa Counseling Services, here's the link: https://www.hipaaspace.com/medical_...provider_identifier/codes/npi_1467814509.aspx
White Pages has 4736 S Shallow Brook Dr Oklahoma City OK 73129-7151 as her address, here's the link: https://www.whitepages.com/name/Taheerah-Ayesha-Ahmad/Oklahoma-City-OK/8f47jwi
The last place she was seen at was at 511 Mohawk Blvd Tulsa, OK 74106 and I'm guessing that she moved from Oklahoma City to Tulsa, assuming that White Pages didn't update her address.

:scared::waitasec:

Oh I’m so glad people were paying attention and this little girl is safe!!

I scrolled the NTCS FB page through early 2017 when it glitched and I didn’t see her in any of the staff photos and there are a lot. I don’t think she worked there past 2016.

"Taheerah Ahmad, 39, and her daughter — Hafsa Hayle, who also goes by Hafsa Hussein and is 7 or 8 — were found in a parking lot near Cameron and Main streets early Tuesday afternoon. The girl was found safe and Ahmad is being questioned by Tulsa Police Department detectives, police said.

Police were notified after two women spotted Ahmad's vehicle and called authorities."

"Police did not know the motive of the attack at the time of Ahmad's arrest but hoped to learn more during her extensive interview with detectives.

"Hopefully we will know a motive soon as to why she thought she could commit such a heinous act against her own child," Sgt. Shane Tuell said.

The arrest may never have happened if the two women didn't spot the suspect's vehicle in the Tulsa Arts District, Tuell said. Officers quickly responded to the parking lot, where they captured the woman and secured the child without incident."

"Officers initially requested paramedics but called them off after determining the girl was not hurt.

The police department received a significant amount of support and engagement from the community throughout the ordeal, illustrating why the agency issues amber alerts only in dire circumstances.

"I think that really helps us because it allows us to inform the public that we've got something serious that we need their help with," Tuell said. "By doing that, we're able to get a quick resolution to very serious incidents such as this.""

"Tuell said he can only guess what would happened if the women didn't recognize Ahmad's vehicle, which they read about on the news.

"If this had gone on, your guess is as good as mine on what the outcome could have been," he said. "Could they have tried to flee to a different county or state or country, or could this have had an even worse outcome had this gone on? That's extremely debatable, but luckily we don't have to determine what that would have been because it came to a quick resolution."

Tuell said the three children would be placed in the custody of the Department of Human Services. If the 11-year-old girl dies from her injuries, first-degree murder likely will be added to Ahmad's list of complaints. DHS also was present during their mother's police interview.

Ahmad had not yet been booked into the Tulsa County jail as of 3 p.m."

Amber Alert: Tulsa mother claims she stabbed child in self-defense
Updated: May 15, 2018 - 3:30 PM
https://www.fox23.com/news/police-s...child-after-stabbing-of-11-year-old/749483958

"After police brought Ahmad into custody, they said she claimed she stabbed the 11-year-old victim in self-defense. She reportedly told officers she bound the nine-year-old and 11-year-old earlier in the evening for "reading their books," and police said she claimed the older child broke away and attacked her, prompting her to stab the child at least 50 times.

Police said they recovered two knives and a gardening tool from the scene. They reportedly believe she set the house on fire to make sure the child died."

"Police initially said that Ahmad had taken her seven-year-old daughter with her when she fled, but they later clarified that the child was eight years old.

Snip

"Officers brought Ahmad into custody after someone spotted her in a downtown Tulsa parking lot. They said they believe she had been sitting in the parking lot for some time before she was spotted.

The*victim is in critical condition after undergoing surgery.

Police said the father of the children is in Tennessee and did not know where the suspect was during the investigation.

Ahmad faces charges related to assault and battery with the intent to kill, arson and child neglect."

"Police located 39-year-old Taheerah Ahmad and her daughter, 8-year-old Hafza Haley in a parking lot at 300 North Main in the Tulsa Arts District downtown.

According to police, two women walking in that area saw the child standing out of the sunroof of a vehicle and a woman lying inside.

The women recognized the vehicle from the Amber Alert and called 911.

“We just happened to be walking by and, as moms, we both noticed a girl sitting alone, what we thought was alone, in a vehicle. And we kinda looked at each other and were like, ‘Why is that little girl by herself?’ And then we heard somebody else laying down in the back seat, ‘No, I think her mom’s back there.’ We got to right about here and were like, that’s a black SUV, Lexus, matches the description of the Amber Alert, the little girl is wearing the orange peach dress, poofy hair like they described. We were like, we gotta call 911. Let’s just call just to be safe,” the women said."

How horrible. If this is the punishment for “reading their books” I can’t even imagine the punishments these babies have endured[emoji174][emoji174]
