I agree with you. The dashed line on the topo indicated a trail, but the current situation appears to be that there are pretty good roads very near the HRD area. If LE eventually found pig remains, they might have ruled out human remains. However, if they found no remains of any kind, it would be possible that human remains had been there. I don't know what LE's final determination was. Do you think that it is possible that this area is where the "tank" was located? I have not seen a post with the coordinates of the tank, and I have not been able to see any signs of a base for a tank on Google Earth. Of course, it is possible that the tank was just setting on the ground.

I've never figured out where that water tank was supposed to have been. It's been bugging me since hearing it mentioned the Disappeared video. In an old post on Thread #7, mtrooper said you can see it in the far background of one of the photos of the truck, but I've studied every available photo taken up there and still don't see it.

Oh, my word. I'd say 90% of the credit for any of my work here should go to wfgodot, NS, Oriah, little726, C-Bar, mtrooper, Soulmagent, watcher9, and you, and ... I'm gonna feel like a real jerk when I remember who all was left off that list, but there were many dedicated sleuthers working over this case for years before I came along.

I'm just a nerdy retired lady with way too much time on my hands, and all I do is pull together the pieces of the puzzle already turned up by these estimable old-timers and patiently try to fit them together until they begin to make some kind of sense, and maybe find an additional piece here or there. Nothing more than that.

Well, okay, maps. I do love maps.

I was thing about this. The road was too narrow to turn around. If someone did block the Jamison's truck in, he'd have to back out.

I've never figured out where that water tank was supposed to have been. It's been bugging me since hearing it mentioned the Disappeared video. In an old post on Thread #7, mtrooper said you can see it in the far background of one of the photos of the truck, but I've studied every available photo taken up there and still don't see it.

If the tank can be seen from the truck, it doesn't seem like it could be at the HRD clue locaton because there are higher elevations than the truck or clues between these two points.

Yeah, that's one of the reasons it's bugging me. If we knew the exact location, it might help answer some questions. I've looked at historical imagery on Google Earth and on the website Historic Aerials and still can't find it.

I was under the impression that the Jamison truck only partially blocked the road. I could be wrong, but I'm thinking that LE was able to enter and leave the well location without moving the truck. Even if the road was not completly blocked and the vehicle could have turned around on the well location, it would seem tricky to hold three people at gunpoint and drive. I'm not pushing the kidnapping at the truck scenario, but it seems like a kidnapper would have needed to make Bobby drive.

By the time the autopsy is completed, I could have went to school and become a ME myself! If her are there, why can't they at least identify the body? And where does the bodies 'wait' while the ME does everyone else? I mean, with a huge backlog, that must be one huge refrigerator. SMH.... why doesn't the state hire more help? At least until they get caught up! This makes no sense. Feel like I'm Alice in Wonderland!

The breast implants, couldn't agree more. I found it very strange that NS never mentioned she had them either-it wasn't like she didn't want to get too personal about Sherilynn's details as she did say she was bi-polar, but maybe she didn't think about it/forgot

There IS someone else there! Look at the first photo, on the passenger side, back door. It isn't in the second photo! So where did that person go? I'm going crazy.

You are right! There are two adult males on the first pic. In between the front and back door on passenger side is the man seen on the second pic, not Bobby. You can see his head above the top of the door and you can see where his legs are at bottom of door. There is no doubt that is the other person, you can even make out the color of his shirt.
So who is this person and since LE has the full tape why haven't they discussed this person?

He would have to be standing on the edge of the floorboard or standing on something to be that high up on the truck. So not his feet at the bottom of the door but I still think that is a person. Wish they would release the whole series of pics from that time frame. Something is there inbetween the doors and that something moved between the first photo and the second.

Did we get the coordinates confirmed yet?

Okay, well, I'm a bundle of nerves waiting for news from Tulessa, so let's bring forward an old post of mtrooper's from Thread #3 because it has some interesting things in it:

I'm guessing local teens and/or young adults might have found that abandoned well site to be a good "party spot" so I'm wondering if those butts were collected, compared to Bobby's brand, and tested for DNA. Am not sure I'd bet money on that. But it might provide further confirmation that he was there and, depending on the number of butts, an estimate of how long.

We were just discussing here the other day about the possible need for a four-wheel drive to travel up or around that mountain. I've zoomed in very close while tracing various routes for maps and can testify that they look pretty crappy all over the area. There were rain and thunderstorms in the region during the week the Jamisons went missing, so the roads would have been wet and muddy. It seems like driving any vehicle that didn't have four-wheel-drive at that time and in that place would have risked getting stuck or at least slip-sliding around quite a bit.

These are screen shots of the home security video from the Disappeared episode, collected in anticipation of a future post. They do show Sherilyn wearing a yellow shirt and Bobby in a white shirt and then, about three and a half minutes later, in a dark shirt. And possibly different shoes:

The man in the dark shirt is taller and his jeans are darker.Look at the comparison against the car even though the man in the green shirt is further away. Men are not likely to change clothes, unlike women men will go to dinner or church wearing soiled clothes. I don't see him changing clothes to load a car.

They keep telling me she is in a meeting. I am not buying that, but I found out she is a she. I'll try again first thing in the morning. I wish I had got the guys name earlier that I talked to. He was so nice, and so willing to help.

Someone I guess has spent hours at the sight, and interviewing or talking to folks in OK about the Jamison's. Someone else claimed to be a very close friend. Didn't seem to be sharing information, and then completely stopped talking to each other. Not sure what happened there? Someone out for attention? I don't know. But whew.... earthquakes shook me to the core.

Now to keep looking for the darn disappeared video that I know I've watched several times, but need to watch again! Don't worry folks, it's not in thread 3 or 4! And don't go wandering into Topix land or you'll surely never return! :jail:
