If she's so "tired of being investigated," she needs to start keeping her mouth shut.
I don't understand why he's been charged with murder and is denied bail when they are still searching for the most basic of evidence. It seems odd to me that these searches are being conducted now - it appears this investigation is being done to prove their hunch that he's guilty, not to look for evidence to solve a crime that it appears they don't know who committed.

It is always interesting to me when a person being investigated for a crime immediately claims that computers in their possession is "not theirs".
This woman lives in poverty. I can't imagine she would own 5 computers.
My guess is, 2 of them belong to other people, maybe the woman Justin was having an affair with after Jaymie disappeared, or someone like that.

hi. new here ... and here's my :twocents: ... and beware this is going to be a long one because i've had all this pent up since this all started ... i only just found this thread the other day on google ....
i do have every news report released as well as copies of all the affidavits and warrants that have been released. the DA promised us copies of everything in the Discovery file that is public domain. as soon as we get that information i will post it.
Jaymie's biological half-brother is my husband and we do have access to some information that maybe the rest of the world isn't. and at least i can help put a face on the family who knew her as a child.
i've not had a chance to read this thread as a whole, but i do want to add some things that have been wondered about as far as Jaymie's family is concerned.
1) yes, she was estranged from the family who raised her for at least the last 7 years of her life. they do not know much about her life in Oklahoma City. i'm not terribly certain how many members of her family even knew where she was living until she went missing.
2) that would be the reason they did not have much to do with the search for her. they did not know anything about her recent life or have any recent pictures at all, so what could they add? all the pictures they had of Jaymie were more than 7 years old. colby, my husband, did do one interview before Jaymie's body was found to help keep the story in the public eye.
3) speculation on the meaning behind the blog that was found on facebook: Jaymie's adoptive mother told me that Jaymie did not see being adopted as a gift or a privilege. she said it seemed like Jaymie saw being adopted as a slight, that she wasn't good enough or something. as a result of that, she spent the whole rest of her life trying to reinvent herself to feel good about herself. i got the impression after speaking with her adoptive family that she was a very lost person, even before she went missing. and that she was always in search of herself. perhaps (keeping this information in mind) the meaning behind the title of the blog was about her life and that she was close to being where she felt she belonged.
4) according to the information i've seen and read, the entomologist said that there is nothing to rule out the possiblity that her body was in the location it was found for the entire time she was missing.
there are some questions i've had from the beginning, some of them i've had even before her body was found. these aren't in any particular order, btw. ....
1) why did it take 2 hours for Justin and his mother to find Jaymie's van. she told him where she was going to be. he KNEW where she was supposed to be meeting this "friend" ... so why did it take that long?
according to the probable cause affidavit that was attached to the application for the formal charges that the DA filled out, when justin went over to his mother's trailer (which is directly next door to the one he and jaymie shared) he and Tina left immediately to go get Tina's parent's vehicle so they could search for Jaymie. that accounts for maybe 5-10 minutes of travel time.
i've been in Blanchard, it's a small place. we had to go down there for Jaymie's funeral service. you can drive from one end to the other in 10 minutes.
i google mapped the distance between blanchard and the mcdonalds where jaymie's van was found, that's only a 37 minute drive. ... so that's only 47 minutes accounted for out of 2 hours between the time Tina said justin came over to her trailer and when jaymie's van was found.
what were tina and justin doing for the other hour and 13 minutes? that's a lot of time to have unaccounted for.
2) the woman who ran the page that was collecting all the info on Jaymie's disappearance repeatedly asked Justin for copies of the same pictures he had of Jaymie that he was showing to the cameras during his plea for jaymie's return that first week she was missing.
he ignored all requests for those pictures. that woman was trying to help get Jaymie found, you'd think justin would leap at the chance to help get recent pictures of Jaymie out where people could see them. suspicious behavior much?
3) justin repeatedly changed his story and NONE of the versions of his story matched the information the police had at that time. same for the stories tina told the police, though she was mostly just rephrasing justin's stories. what reason do they have to lie, unless they actually had something to do with jaymie's death and disappearance?
4) why did justin not want to report his wife missing to the first officer who showed up when he called after finding jaymie's van?
5) why was he so obsessed with making sure the cops thought jaymie's laptop and cell phone were missing? he told them repeatedly, according to the probable cause affidavit that was submitted with the formal charges. (if no one has posted a copy of that document or any of the search warrant/arrest warrant documentation, please let me know and i will post it for all to read.)
6) why did justin wait 2 hours from the time he claimed to have last contact with jaymie before deciding something was wrong? she was last SEEN alive between 9 and 10pm on december 9th, 2011 ... this was according to justin's brother (who doesn't seem to like his brother much. his biological father, who i met, doesn't seem to like justin much either.)
7) why did neither justin nor tina show up to jaymie's burial, which occurred BEFORE justin was arrested? and why did Tina not show up to the funeral, which was the day AFTER justin was arrested, if justin is innocent? (don't ask me why the burial occurred before the funeral, i don't know. i'm rather confused by that fact, actually. all i know is the burial was on the friday shortly before justin was arrested and the funeral/memorial service was the next afternoon. if anyone can help resolve my confusion on that, please do.)
8) why did justin really lie to the police in the first place? i know what he SAID about why he lied initially ... but what's the real reason? he's been false and secretive since day one. i don't think he's telling anyone the truth about what happened, even now.

i got curious about what oklahoma law said about what justin is in for now that he's formally charged ... if he is convicted of the murders. what i found is bad for him. here's a copy of the research i did ...

if he "knowingly created great risk of death to more than one person" they can seek the death penalty. yes, that's right folks. the great state of Oklahoma believes in killing murders back. and if Justin is found guilty of both counts of first degree murder, the man is SOL. because by killing his wife whom he KNEW to be 2 months pregnant, he definitely fulfilled that clause in the capital punishment statues.
as to why he can be charged with _2_ murder counts, Oklahoma also believes that life begins at conception. that means, that killing a pregnant woman is equivalent to killing 2 people at once.

so, basically, according to all that, if justin's found guilty of 1st degree murder of jaymie, he's automatically guilty of 1st degree murder of the unborn child jaymie was carrying when she was killed.
can you say "screwed"? how about "massively screwed"? cause that's where he is if he's convicted.
i'm not saying the man is guilty. not at all. but what we already know of the evidence against him, it looks like he's up a polluted tributary sans paddle ... perhaps even sans boat, if you follow me.

there's still so many unanswered questions.

Thank you so much for posting. I feel like your input helped put a much needed human face or humanity to what happened. Some of the response against Jamie (the victim) has made me feel really uncomfortable and I think it is important to remember that she is the victim and that she did have people who loved her.

Having something like this happen to a family member certainly can change the way one thinks for a very long time. You do have some good sleuthing skills as well as conveying your point. that is exactly my goal here. both to help people remember that jaymie was the victim here and that she was horribly murdered. according to the coroner's report, she was stabbed repeatedly and also beaten prior to her death. to help them know who she was, to help you know the person she was. and, also to remind folks that there are people who genuinely loved her and miss having her in their lives.
i never got to meet her, i was a few months away from getting to meet her when she vanished, because she was murdered. colby was in the process of reconciling with her. unfortunately, that is something that can never happen now. that's beyond a tragedy. and it's beyond criminal. she had been part of colby's life (actively and not-so-actively) since he was born. he has told me on a number of occasions that he feels like she "was stolen from him."

thank you, coldpizza. i've sent the message to the Board Staff to see if they want to go ahead and verify me. i certainly want to make sure that folks know i'm here to put a face on things, not cause issues or be disrespecful.
i feel truly sad for jaymie's children, both the 3 who lived with her and justin as well as the one who was living with his grandmother after his father was killed while serving our country. i can't imagine what it is like to lose your mommy when you're that young. and the baby won't even have any memories of Jaymie of his own. so sad.

My sympathies for you and your husband. It's sad to think he lost the chance to know and love his sister. No matter what was going on in her life, she did not deserve to be murdered. Every life is important to someone else. I'm glad to know that OK recognizes that an unborn child is a life too.
Thank you so much for coming here and sharing. I don't post much in this thread but have followed the case since the beginning. Your thoughts and opinions are very much appreciated.

colby grew up with jaymie, but they were estranged about 7 years ago. that was really the last time anyone from the Kuehler family had anything much to do with her. from what colby has told me, she said and did some really mean things before she stopped contacting them back then. especially to their adoptive parents.
they were all in various stages of repairing their relationships with her when she was murdered. so sad.

she's been doing the "my baby is innocent and so am i!!" thing since she first started to suspect that the cops were focusing the investigation on her and her boy.
the more she says that and acts that way, it makes me think that "the lady doth protest too much" ...
i've been waiting for LE to press some kind of charges against Tina as well. i think it's only a matter of time.
