Ponca City Police looking for missing man

Ponca City Police are asking for assistance locating Joshua Kyle Battiest.

Family members reported Battiest missing on Monday.

They say Battiest was last seen Dec. 22, 2018 by a friend and his not contacted family or his work since then.

Battiest also goes by Koi Lusa and is a Native American male weighing approximately 185 lbs and is 6'2".

He has brown hair and is known to shave it or wear it long according to police.

Battiest has multiple tattoo's including a lettering tattoo on his left hand, a bear paw tattoo on his left hand, a tattoo on his left side of his head, a tattoo on his stomach, and multiple tattoos on his upper left arm.

Well this is odd. Error in reporting? Last seen 12/22 but didn't show up for work 12/21.

Police seek help finding missing person
He was last seen on Dec. 22, 2018, by a friend. Joshua did not show up for work on Dec. 21, 2018, and has not contacted them since. It also appears that Battiest has not contacted any family or friends since around that same date.

He has the following tattoos: a bear paw and lettering on his left hand, a wolf on his chest, the letters "G5" in red ink on the left side of his head behind his ear, two tattoos on his left upper arm, and another tattoo on his abdomen. Details of Disappearance
Battiest was last seen in Ponca City, Oklahoma on December 22, 2018. He had missed work the previous day. He has never been heard from again. He was reported missing on January 21, 2019. Few details are available in his case.

Skeletal Remains Found West of Ponca City

The Ponca City Police Department received information Thursday (April 2nd, 2020) evening of some skeletal remains that had been found in a tree line west of Ponca City Nursing & Rehab.
