I just recently found this case on WS and have been catching up over the last two days. Being an OK native, I have always heard of the Bible and Freeman girls, but didn't know any of the details. Just a few thoughts I've had as I'm researching and catching up. I find it incredibly odd that the Freeman's were so afraid of LE's actions and "taunting" that they were looking to move out of state and that Mr. F stayed in the barn. This is a huge red flag, IMO. But on the other hand, I find it very unlikely that if LE were involved in the murder, the perp(s) would have removed intestines, left Mrs. F nude, and shot them in the face. It seems like the work of a serial killer and not someone just wanting to shut them up regarding a lawsuit. No doubt, LE botched this investigation from day 1. Turning the crime scene over to the brother so soon after the murders, letting family and outsiders trample all over the scene, placing a dozen or so guns in the yard (which one could have been the murder weapon, nothing has really been said about it) and leaving them for months, and of course, overlooking a body!!! Who does that?!?
In my mind, Lauria's car being out front of the trailer home is another situation. If it were someone close to the family, do you think that would've stalled them or invited them? If it were someone there in regards to drugs or just a random hit, they probably wouldn't have realized that's not a family member's car. As far as the conflicting info on where they ate, we don't have the info as to why LE believes it was the BBQ place in Vinita, right? There has to be a reason. In looking at the map posted very early in this thread, Pizza Hut and Bill's BBQ (or whatever it was called) were not close. At all. So, I would think it's a pretty important piece of info when considering the "could've been followed" scenario. I also think the conflicting info between the Freeman family that was there that night and the boyfriend regarding when he left is also important. So when the boyfriend left, the family member (was it Mr. F's brother?) was still there? This part is shady because it's only been mentioned a time or two that other family members were there and reported that he left an hour later than he stated. Also, not much has been said about Shane Freeman breaking into the Bibles' home. When was this? What did he take (reports have been very vague) that was Lauria's? Anyone else find this concerning?
Anyway, now I'm just babbling, but those have been my thoughts as I've been reading through this case. Hopefully this year will be the year.
