Going out on a limb here and guessing that highchair & cake photo is probably the most recent one mom has, and I definitely agree with the previous poster who said it looks like possibly a first birthday celebration.

Guessing mom was too high to remember to take care of basic baby needs and neglect/starvation is what happened or was angered that baby's needs disrupted her from getting high and it was fatal abuse. Poor London was probably 1-ish vs 2-ish and Carlos doesn't exist or is just a cover story if he does exist.

Has there been mention or confirmation of when London was last seen by anyone other than her mother? I'm thinking it was possibly a looooog time ago.

Hopefully she was sold to a family via illegal adoption and she is safe, happy, and growing in a loving environment under a new name and God knows where. Why would the guy called Carlos bring the baby to Mexico with him…I don’t want to think of the worse of course.

I hate that she posted such a low bond- can tgey raise it and take her back into custody?

They said that's the automatic amount and they were doing the paperwork to raise it to $100,000 but she bonded out before they finished. She's due back in January and she'll have to post the higher amount or stay in custody. She probably won't show up.

She’s probably long gone, I agree that the child is likely dead and she’s lying. This woman is a perfect candidate for court ordered sterilization. Harsh, but how else can we be assured no further children will become victims of her inhumanity? It makes me sick to think she might be doing just that right now.

Police say the child’s primary caregivers, 39-year-old Ashley Rowland and 40-year-old Joshua Denton are in custody on complaints related to child physical and sexual abuse.
