Lead Investigator Philip Klein says they are concerned for the health and safety of Barry Bogan, who has not been seen or heard from in four months.

Klein says Bogan is a material witness in the missing persons case and may have information about some of the persons of interest in Miller and Haynes' disappearance.

He says Bogan's family believes he is in danger.

Has his family filed a missing person report?

Has his family filed a missing person report?

I don't know what his family did or didn't do, but if he went into hiding from LE or from the main characters, I think the last thing he would want is LE to search for him. He may have told so to his family.

It could also be normal to his family to don't have contact with him for longer periods of times.

Or maybe his family did report him missing and LE is investigating it already.

Or it could be that nobody is really missing him IYKWIM.

ODCR still hasn't been updated after Sabrina's court appearance yesterday. Am watching for any info on details of her plea agreement or her sentencing date.

Okay, so ODCR has finally been updated and... Sabrina's court date to enter her plea was continued.

Now it's scheduled for tomorrow at 10am.

Con was also scheduled to enter a plea this afternoon. NO ODCR update on him.

Concurrently, my :censored:! What the :censored:! Why cut Con such a sweetheart deal? Two police chases while on felony probation and he'll only serve maybe three to five years before he's up for parole. I am :censored: FURIOUS!

And what about Sabrina's restitution? She still owes that insurance company $18,000, as far as I know.

I agree completely with this. The crazy thing is though, in Australia, that would be a harsh sentence. I wish they'd take a page out of the US justice systems book and give serious crimes a proper sentence.

I don't understand why Molly and Colt haven't been found. I must admit I haven't read all the posts on here about the case but it's one that has always intrigued me. Is it possible his light sentence is because he is cooperating in some way?

I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope that some defining piece of incriminating evidence is found. These two have very little incentive to cooperate now. IMO.

Two high-speed police chases for the price of one. Jesus merciful Christ. I really would really like to know the DA's rationalization for offering Con a plea deal. Nothing good will come of him ever being back out on the streets. Nothing.
