Has everyone read and studied the autopsy? It does not support a beating or the body being moved. Whatever happened, happened on the road. Hoping LE is making progress as the family has said. They trust them, and even had them make the statement they are not investigating it as a murder, hoping it would stop the rumors.

Totally agree. None of those injuries indicate a beating to me, and I think the most likely scenario is that he was laying down in the road when he was hit by a truck or two.

A bunch of drunk kids at a party, and somehow they're all murder suspects. Literally nothing I've heard surprises me in the least (inconsistent stories, completely different accounts, etc). This was just standard stuff, and the small town rumor mill has turned this into something it's not.

It's sad.

I feel like people who think anything here is odd, didn't go to parties like this when they were that age. Fights, people constantly coming and going, shady people showing up. Ask 10 people at a party what happened, you'd get 10 completely different stories.

This person may not even know. You run over something in an area like that, you're probably going to think it was an animal. And there are lots of potential reasons why someone who hit him and did realize, might not want to come forward.

From what I've read about it, his injuries were horrific. Way beyond a beating or even getting hit by a truck.

Good point, except wouldn't that person put 2 and 2 together and consider that the "animal" they thought they hit might actually have been Noah? And that they'd better say something voluntarily than to have LE knocking on their door asking questions about the condition of the front of their truck? News of his death had to spread in that area, and quickly.

I agree with you that it's unlikely there's been some vast conspiracy among the partygoers to cover up Noah's death. Someone would have talked by now.

I guess I'm frustrated because I can't come up with any scenario to explain Noah's death. His injuries were too severe to be caused by being run over. And another thing that did not happen at any of the parties I went to in my misspent youth is that anyone, ever, got so messed up that they lay down in a road.

It really frustrates me when nothing makes sense. And Noah's family deserves the truth.

The whole hit by a car or two while in the street would make sense except for the scalping and the whole clothes folded. No car parts or debris were found on the scene. Just some missing pieces of the puzzle in my opinion.

His injuries were not too severe to have been run over; that’s the only way I think they’re explainable. A beating wouldn’t have produced anywhere near that much damage.

This is going to wind up being one of those cases that’s chalked up to some sort of accident, and many people will always have a problem with that.

That’s because we’ll never know exactly how this happened.

I feel like I should not have went to some of those parties ,at that age. Although we didnt have Social media driving our youths . I did however go to who's ever farm or home in the county party ,I could possibly get to and keep a job still. Only one ended up in court and it was not because anyone died.

To wit: You just ran over something in the middle of the night that was large enough it might be a dead deer that got hit earlier so was lying dead in the road.

Do you go back and see what it was you hit that was larger than an armadillo, or a raccoon, or stray dog or cat, or just keep driving?

100 percent: Go back and see what it was, especially if it was deer sized. Seize that fresh tasty backstrap.

Whatever happened to Noah, the idea that someone ran over him on the road and had no inkling that they had run over a human being instead of a dead animal makes no logical sense to me.
