I live down the street from this place and people have always known that this is the place that people hide bodies. It was a teen hangout spot and used to be very rural and not advertised. It’s not like it is now. The only people going to Stinchcomb were not going for good reasons.

I think this is where Fawn Abel and her sister are. I grew up in Bethany and they were my sisters age.

If you don't see her name in the NamUs casefile for this UID ...
https://identifyus.org/cases/6728 (Nancy Medina is the only name listed)

... you can check out Websleuths rule-out thread:

You can also do a Websleuths site-wide search on Susan Smalley's name and the UID's NamUs and DoeNet case numbers to see if that possible match was considered before in discussion on a different thread (BTW, there doesn't appear to be a DoeNetwork case file for this UID).
<modsnip - no longer a valid site>

If you can't find evidence of a submission or rule out by the above means, the only other option that I know of is to just call in and ask.
I hate to say it, but each and every one of the links you offered her is now dead, (as of May 2022.)

The problem with this case is that as of today, (23 may 2022) not a single article can be pulled up and read about this matter. Worse, the Daily Oklahoman Archive was apparently hacked a few years ago, and does not work with a flip. For instance I attempted to search the Daily Oklahoman from Mar 1, 2009 to Apr 1, 2009 using the terms, "Skull found" and "Stinchcomb" NO RESULTS FOUND. . .just tried "Skull" and "Stinchcom" with the same results NO RESULTS FOUND. .

Same with the Tulsa paper. . .

Geez, I even tried "University" for the same time period with, NO RESULTS FOUND. Their archives are useless unless you have a specific date.

The old axion that nothing is ever really gone on the internet, seems to be demonstrably false these days.

Some valid links as of today:

The problem with the 2009 skull is that it could have come from anywhere. The Stinchcomb wildlife reserve is largely swampy area, with a river running through it and draining into lake Overholser. . The body could have come from anywhere upstream. Here is a map image of Stinchcomb and the lake it drains into to the south:

You can zoom in, or out, and switch to an aerial photo as well. AS you can see, the North Canadian river comes in from the North side of the Wildlife reserve, but generally flows in from the West to East before turning south. Remember, Oklahoma was largely indigenous peoples, and the remains could have come from an old indian grave, and there was fort Reno out at El Reno a few miles to the West. While no graves there had been disturbed, it could have been an unknown grave from the river changing course over the years.

A check on Google reveals nothing further has been released on this case since roughly March 25, 2010. . .some 13 years now. Which is the same article above essentially. . .
