Wow! This is so sad that there is no information out 'there', that I can find anyway. I wonder if someone can access a local library? Maybe find news articles from local sources?

There is an Otho (without the "jr") around the age Otho would be now on Facebook and about 50 miles away from Idabel, Oklahoma so I am wondering if he is no longer missing. I also wonder if this is him.
