How do you know it was her house and not his?
Right. I was under the impression that she lived with him.
IMOO.

Here is the link to the latest story, at the end they mention that her pistol that she carried everywhere was also missing. Most women I know who carry don't make it known, but you know who would have known? The man living in her house. I also find it odd that accusations of him having "connections" due to his last name and the county name are still flying but no one seems to know what the deal is...if he were that well off, would he have been living in her house while they were no longer together? His family may have pull, but he sounds like a bum. They said there were stains on the inside of a a tractor bucket, perfectly large enough to hold a body, I wonder if anyone in the community recalls seeing a tractor out and about, though I know its a common occurrence for the area. That and her 80 acres is plenty big enough for someone to have used the tractor and not been seen I suppose. There are tons of wells in Oklahoma, lots of abandoned ones as well. The tank batteries and salt water barrels are huge, I hope investigators have considered this and checked them out. I think the ex was in that line of work from the looks of his linked in page (I think this is his page below), he would certainly know his way around a well site. Just brainstorming, anything that might help needs to be put out there.

Your article mentions their children.
Is that a typo?
Does Peggy have more than one child? Did he have another child?

If school let out at 2pm, her killer had just about 5 hours to do the deed and hide her.
The documents also reveal that OSBI recovered phone records, Facebook information and financial statements to aid in the investigation.

What could investigators want with Facebook records? TM doesn't have FB so what data could they really be tracking here?
I'm thinking there is a third person involved in some way shape or form. Perhaps someone she was dating. Just a guess.
I haven't thought about this, but it makes sense. She talked to someone on the phone after she dropped her son off from school. Anyone know what time she had the conversation on the phone?
Regardless, is 5 hours enough to do the deed and hide her? That doesn't seem like a whole lot of time.
So, it sounds like she was driving or she was a passenger in the vehicle when she talked to her stepfather on the phone, as there was an initial report that someone was in the vehicle with Peggy. IMOO.
"Peggy McGuire, of Eufaula, was last seen dropping her child off a school. Surveillance video shows her leaving with someone else in the car."

Couldn't the child say who was with them in that car?
I just saw a comment on the FB page that mentions an outbuilding on Peggy's property that has a new concrete slab poured. The community page member was asking if anyone could verify when that was done and if it was done after she went missing. Surely this has been looked into but that was the first time I had even heard anyone mention it.
