Omaha, NE - Omaha police go back to an old time tool in hopes of fighting crime, a newspaper. The department is publishing it's own monthly in order to stop crooks and believe it or not, make you money.
From an execution-style shooting to the killings of a woman and child, cold blooded criminals are getting away with murder. "You just wonder who would do something like this, it's taken a long time to find them," says Brad Waite. Waite's sister Shirlee is a victim in the Dundee double murder. Shirlee's killer was never caught.
