One Direction star Liam Payne has died after falling from the third floor of his hotel room in Argentina. He was 31

Basically it's for leaving him in the hot room when he was clearly in danger.

Article 106 of the Argentine Penal Code states that a person who endangers the life or health of another person can be imprisoned for 2–6 years. This can happen if the person puts someone in jeopardy or abandons someone who is unable to care for themselves.
The narrative is that Payne was violent. Why would someone who is not trained to do so stay with someone on drugs acting violent? Come on...

It reports it was his "friend / acquaintance" who he had seen most days since being at the hotel.
These are purely my thoughts and not confirmed but there were reports that the hotel phoned a "friend" to come and try and deal with him when he was drunk in Reception.
There were also early reports that this person persuaded him into the lift , took him to his room and left.
It could be said that by taking him to his room and leaving him knowingly in a state of confusion where there is a balcony and leaving might fit the description

From the above article…
The businessman involved in the investigation had reportedly falsely presented himself as the singer’s manager. La Nation reports that he had failed to notify Payne’s family of the singer’s spiral into a drug-addled state and that the man did not contact authorities following his death and later only spoke with investigators via an attorney. The man is reportedly accused of abandonment of a person, which does not require that he be detained by authorities.

The rush to report drug results were inaccurate. Alcohol, prescription antidepresent, and cocaine. No mention of the long list mentioned earlier. Also, he Was in a apparent state of unconsciousness. Rest in peace Liam. A talent lost so soon.

Sounds like maybe the 'businessman' is someone exploiting Payne's vulnerability. Leeching onto him, pretending to be his manager, calling escorts, ordering drugs. Then doing a runner and evading authorities when he dies. Probably the kind of awful hanger-on that sees chaotic celebrities as prey. I doubt someone like this has any intention of looking after a friend. It could also be someone who is connected to the hotel. Strange that the hotel knew his number if what you say here is true, no?

"It is reported that Liam and Kate were joined by Mr Nores and his girlfriend for Niall Horan's Buenos Aires show, a mere few days before Liam's untimely passing. Page Six reveals that Mr Nores had been diligently working to help Liam maintain sobriety, having only been drug-free for four months.

Mr Nores even took the step of writing to Liam Payne's father and the management team, highlighting his concerns in a message obtained by the news outlet.

He revealed: "Liam stayed at my friend's ranch down in Palm Beach and since the first day he arrived he was monitored and treated by professional doctors who specialise in addictions. He stayed fully clean without access to any hard drug during his whole stay.

"The plan was for him to work on the preparation for a music tour and stay healthy and busy with work. A plan he successfully followed during his whole stay in the US."

However, he added: "I'm really concerned for his wellbeing while he is out there and I hope you can bring professional doctors to check on his health regularly as soon as possible as I did while he was out in the US. I am going to stay fully out of the picture and disconnected from now on and I wish you all the best with Liam's health and career."

Hmm, the businessman allegedly wrote he had been helping Liam with addiction doctors but would be stepping away, so wrote to Liam's father and management to ensure he continues receiving help for his addiction..... but then this businessman was with him for his stay in Argentina and with him 40 minutes prior to his death. Wonder why he was going "hands off" then ended up back with him.

Trying to blame the hotel is absolutely ridiculous.

How many other people have fallen off their balcony at the hotel this week?

There is only one person to blame for this accident and he is now in a morgue. It’s a horrible tragedy but let’s not try and blame others for the choices he made.
Taking drugs is risk taking behavior, that’s just a fact. I can believe that he was hallucinating, or otherwise affected by the drugs in his system.

Very sad situation but I don’t see how the hotel should be blamed.

The problem is
an addicted person must want to break with addiction himself/herself.

Surrounding an addict with an army of watchers supervising him/her is useless IMO.

He/she will lapse again at the first opportunity.

Only determined decision by an addicted person
might prove successful.
It is all in the mind.

It would be interesting to know if he initiated finding drugs or because he was a celebrity he was approached to supply.

Addicted or not I think taking him up to his room was his death sentence...the police or ambulance should have been phoned from reception. JMO

I just hope the hotel were not putting their reputation before safety

I always found his girlfriend’s abrupt departure a bit telling.

I think she was quite aware of his relapse and decided she was outta there. I don’t blame her.

Addiction is a terrible disease. We’ve seen it time and time again especially with celebrities. The story remains the same.

It’s so very sad.

With his $60,000 Rolex still unaccounted for nearly a month after his fatal fall, detectives are considering whether Payne's death might have been far from accidental-and could have ties to a dangerous drug ring.

How can the hotel and police not find his bag for 2 days when you can clearly see it on a photo published the day after he died ?

Thought there was wedding attendee below, maybe beside. So explains the back position and scream. The trace amount should be brought up. If police or ambulance called it would possibly stop his admission to us. Odd with the balcony bag story, but cld not risk a dove soap again...so it appears as if he was finally checking out, grabbing drugs, alcohol?? And getting out. Believe the gf left as she envisioned relapse. To a self confirmed adduct speaking of ods, etc is very wrong. All those pictured drugs cld be the girls, friend, whoever. Rest in peace
