Found Deceased OR - Brianna Judge, 23, Clatsop County, 10 Jan 2017

When first reading this case I thought perhaps the elements that night was to her demise or she committed suicide. After reading that her boots were found I feel there was foul play. It does not make any sense why she would take her boots off. I feel someone placed them there.

She has also tried to hurt herself before and had been in the hospital before for it. I guess the bf tried reporting her missing right away because of that and when he called her family they said well don't bring her here we don't want to deal with it. From what it sounds like she's had a bad year and everyone but her bf pretty much that shouldn't have turned her back on her did. But what I don't get is why people found her boots then moved them then brought them to the cops... almost seems like they're been trying to hide something but I don't believe her bf is apart of whatever happened and he I guess fell asleep at the wheel but is ok but it sounds like he's barely sleeping and is spending a lot of money of his own for the search efforts. The missing women from Years backs sister or whatever was commenting on the case and it made me wonder if the same person did this because both had none of their things they'd need and it almost sounds like she thinks the cops covered up her sisters case which makes me wonder more about who everyone wants questioned. Whatever's happened it's very sad. Not sure if it's worse if she killed herself or if foul play happened but in a way if it's the second then for all we know maybe she's alive somewhere and could still be saved. I don't believe she killed herself because of the boots but anyone who knows her and would want to harm her and knows she's having mental issues with suicidal type things would know they'd get away with it because they'd think suicide. They keep saying she had a mental illness and had been in the hospital multiple times so I assume that's depression maybe.

They found her boots yesterday. Apparently she left her house after an argument with her live-in boyfriend.

"Family members said she left the house after an argument with her boyfriend, and she didn't take her wallet, keys or cell phone. Judge was wearing calf-high boots, blue jeans, and a dark red hooded sweatshirt.

The Clatsop County Sheriff's Office said Sunday her boots had been found, but did not release further details."

This seems to be an ominous sign in my opinion
These days, people are glued to their cellphone's and leaving behind her wallet and keys suggests two possibilities.

1. She fled in panic

2. She was angry and so pre-occupied that she forgot them.

Next is the question of how did she get to the river?

In that area the river is lined by private properties going South and a large wooded area going North.
Maybe they will release info on where she was found and it might lead to further evidence and where she entered the water.

It really is odd why some people take off their shoes first. I guess it is a subconscious act, as the mind is so preoccupied with the task at hand. RIP Brianna. :rose:

I feel awful for her family but at least they've found her... a bad day for deaths considering she was found and a friend of mine died in a wreck today as well. Rest In Peace

That part still doesn't sit right with me unless she wanted someone to have them

Or she wanted someone to know what and where she had done.

An autopsy conducted Tuesday determined that Judge died from drowning, said Sgt. Jason Hoover of the Clatsop County Sheriff's Office. State and county medical examiners found no signs of foul play. Hoover said it was likely Judge died within hours of going missing and that she could have entered the river willingly or by accident.

Article includes quotes from her Mom. So sorry. :(

I regret reading those comments on the fb post but I felt like the first ones by the person people keep saying to question came off as weird and like he was inserting himself and demanding cops answer his questions it's weird... hoping my friends know why he's being mentioned and I even commented on both the comments about questioning him to see if someone answers but I got an icky cringe type feeling reading his stuff.
Hey, I realize this is a long closed thread, but I've been trying to find the old case that this person mentioned here was involved in... Not sure if anyone here remembers, but a good decade ago or so there was a murder on the Oregon coast that obliquely involved this individual. I can't remember his name, or the victim's, or the other person involved. And all the posts that he had commented on---such as the one mentioned here---are gone.

Does anyone remember this?

Body of Missing Girl Found Off Logging Road

That's pretty similar, in the details. Not the specific one I remember though... I remember that the body was buried, and that---weirdly---the volunteer who ended up leading investigators to the spot was actually one of the two men involved in the murder. Ty something... People tend to not mention his name because he's been known to stalk people online and fairly aggressively target them to bullying.

I just posted in the General Questions thread as well...

Thanks for the resposne!
