The first fire that the Greensrings Fire Department ( all volunteer at that time) put-out, was a vacation / weekend homestead, owned by a Lewis. They also lost their entire home. Fires were attempted to be started in another small outbuilding there…which didn’t burn. It is referred to as the Keno Cabin, the roads intersection. The firefighters saw a truck speeding back toward Hyatt Lake, in a truck, marked with the campground aka “Park model RV resorts” logo.
Do you know if the 911 calls to the two fires were recorded and if they are publicly available information? Have there ever been public interviews with any of the Greensprings volunteer fire fighters who responded to these calls? Do we know who the passerby was that made the 2:35 am call reporting the Keno cabin fire?

Are there any public interviews or documentation of the report of seeing a truck with park logos "speeding back towards Hyatt Lake"
Could the park truck have been the one who called in the fire at 18196 DIMR?
If you know, can you tell us approximately where and what time the truck was seen? (Edited by me)
Dave and his son had been threatened on Labor Day at Hyatt Lake, by BMcN. Another man from California who co-owned the campgrounds was a witness. His grandkids also were present. BMcN just went ballistic according to their statements…
Do you know which son was with their dad at the lake that Labor Day? Was it the eldest, middle or youngest? Was that Monday 9/1/2008?
Do you know what BMcN said specifically?
Within 72 hours, the meeting happened. Then the murder and multiple arson.
Everyone had left the area and town, and had Slurpee receipts to prove so.
How would Troy's murder be connected in this scenario, was he killed that same night or had he already been killed? Again, trying to sort out the timeline, thanks for your help here.
McN and Plantee’ were also trying to swing another illegal park-model-RV park at Lily Glen with a proposed 100 year lease, with Jackson County. The county was sketch in some departments. LUBA overruled them.
Lily Glen is now leased by Jackson County as a park and horse campground, do you know

Dave was aware of these plans to install more park models?
The meeting was nearby at the Lindsay Barn / ranch. BMcN and his wife JPltee^ were involved in “ a deal “ to buy the place…for a horse ranch.
About 6 to 8 men gathered that night of the 3rd of September 2008. “
Did you know if the McN's ultimately bought this horse ranch? In another post you said that the men were "investors, developers and locals" Do you know the reason for this meeting and who called it? You said Dave was definitely at 18196, was he also at the Lindsay Ranch meeting? Do you know if there was any drama or anything specific that happened at that meeting?
Dave was positively at Howard Prairie that evening. He bought beer, ate oysters, and flirted with the cute gal who was preparing the dinner party for the staff’s end of year bash.
Wait, I thought his last meal was a hamburger and tots, "really bad local food", am I mistaken or did he go somewhere after Howard Prairie Resort and the oysters and beer?
Just trying to understand Dave's timeline on Wednesday 9/3/2008
When Dave’s body was found, Troy Carney’s was found the same day.
There is a link between the two men. Their timelines of death were much closer than originally thought.
What is your understanding of when Troy's death occurred? You have referenced him being in the mountains, possibly at Hyatt Lake, what has led you to this conclusion?
There is a $20,000.00 REWARD for information
Who is the contact for this reward?
Have there been any tips that have furthered this investigation or led to more inquiries? What is the best tip that has come in, in your opinion?
