I found a metal band based out of the UK on facebook called "Departed." They didn't have any merchandise that looked like this shirt, nor any albums called The Dark Days, though. The shorts appear to be serious soccer shorts - available in the UK and Australia. The gloves and shoes could be found anywhere. Probably the belt, too. I wish they'd show a picture of the knife.

I'm wondering why he had a belt if he was wearing soccer shorts?

Departed appears to be a clothing brand out of California, founded in 2003. It's website is priced in Euros, and I can't seem to find a current American distributer. Kohl's had them at one time.

I did find this vintage Departed t-shirt that appears to be of a similar design...

And this was their brand logo on a pair of jeans...

Wonder if this guy just dropped off the radar while visiting the US?

I'm looking for guys missing with bicycles, and or motorcycles because the Namus description seems to insinuate that the gloves were used for riding a bike.

Scott Hubanks looks like he is wearing a similar style of shirt:

His height is 69" verse the UID estimate of 67"

https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/42059/

(If anyone would like to submit feel free, I'm only going to suggest here)

His DNA sample isn't available yet, and no dentals for him, unfortunately. I do wish, however, in cases like his/hers, that they would provide an alternate photo of him, if he is living full time as Sonja Rose and is transgender.

 I totally did not see the alternate name! I agree that it would be important to know what clothing Scott/Sonja wore at the time missing. Skeletal remains would still be genetically male, however. So if Scott was in transition to Sonja and still sometimes wore what is shown in the photo this could be him.

Help here. Is Legea a popular brand in the US? I have only seen guys wearing Legea shorts in Europe to play soccer. Many smaller teams have Legea shirts and shorts, especially small town, low budget teams, including kid and teen teams. I'm talking about what I have seen in Portugal and I have seen it in Spain too. The teams that use Legea are Montenegro, Zimbabwe, North Korea and Gibraltar National Teams. Then, we have NK Celje from Slovenia, Xerez from Spain, A.C. Pavia from Italy, Clube Naval da Horta, GD Meadela and Feirense from Portugal, KF Tiranë and Kastrioti Krujë from Albania, Futbolniy Klub Torpedo Moskva from Russia, Lillestrøm from Norway and Longford Town from Ireland.
I think this guy is european or spent some time in Europe. He could have been visiting or could have moved recently to the US.

Great information claudianunes! Thank you!

I found this picture of a soccer shirt with matching shorts. It is exactly the pair that he was wearing, which is actually a very dark navy blue with red stripe. The shorts are from the "training uniform" for 2008-2009 season of AS Livorno calico from Livorno, Italy.

I'm going to go ahead and submit Anthony Manghelli https://www.findthemissing.org/en/cases/30011/0/ as a possible match. Fingers crossed...

I'm not familiar with the brand but it is sold in the US according to Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legea

According to that link Legea brand also sponsors many sports teams around the word. There are 2 teams listed in the US:

Hackensack Strikers F.C.

L.I.A.C. New York

Oh no. I think he might be local to Livorno, Italy. Or he could have played for the team. If he is from the US then he has to be a really hardcore soccer fan to even know the team. I could say I'm almost sure he's either italian visiting the US or he may be living in the country. Many immigrants from Europe that are into soccer often take soccer scarves, flags and jerseys with them to their new countries. There is not much of a culture of buying other team jerseys like in the US - like, I have noticed that young boys in the US will buy and wear Barcelona, Real Madrid, PSG, Manchester City and so on, jerseys. In Europe we don't do that, a Barcelona fan doesn't wear a PSG jersey, for example. North-american soccer culture is very different from european soccer culture. From the moment I saw that he was wearing Legea I knew he had to be european. Hope this helps.

Oh, I was on the portuguese Wikipedia page of the brand, they didn't have that many teams listed. Are those two big teams or more on the smaller side? I still think he's european though.
