I’d like to share that an organization working in Southern Oregon (Rogue Valley: Ashland, Talent, Medford area) called Compassion Highway Project, which is active on social media, often shares photos of folks who attend their outreach meal events. The COVID pandemic has halted their efforts, but I am hopeful that we might see Ethan pictured at one of those events...past or future.

In addition to having limited use of his hand, Ethan’s right arm has a notable bend at the wrist. He also has a cancer ribbon tattoo on his left calf.

I am ethan ex and the mother of his son who is 3 years old. The tattoo is like mine it is a cancer ribbon with cancer on top of it, it is not hard to notice. i can post mine so eveyone can see it

This young man is from my area. He was involved with a young woman who has always been very vocal on social media, she and her mother run some sort of a helping hand service. They collect stuff and redistribute it to folks in need. While he was wrapped up with the girl, a lot of accusations were tossed about on the book of face. Some fb searching brings up some of the posts.
My main issue is why our most delicate humans are not better protected. The photo of Ethan standing on the street holding a sign is the most recent, and the boy had lost a huge amount of weight, he looked cold, dirty, and scared. Breaks my heart. A human would not make it long in the elements overnight in Klamath Falls.

Ethan had did a lot of not appropriate thing to people but i wouldnt wish that anyone hurt him. i want him found as bad as anyone else. i have his child he is 3 years old. when he went missing he talked to me

I would never want him hurt. I am older them him and I have his son. I regret alot of stuff I've done. He did alot of inappropriate stuff. He left here in November 2018 when I was try get him help for his issues. He decided to go to Klamath. He didn't get the help and now he is missing. I had talk to him right before he went missing. He didn't seem upset or anything we wanted to come see his son. My mom is a good person.

Years gone by there is no leads. Nothing. He is missed. I am the young(31) year old he was involved with. He and I have a son together.
He was living in a mission because he didn't like be babyed by his grandparents and the place he was living at before that was unsafe for him. He lived homeless. He was very social so he cling to everyone. He was very open about his life.

He is very Missed, after a year we have little hope. our son is not old enough to know anything yet.
there has not been anymore, that is what hurts the most noone knowing anything. like a piece of our heart is missing, grieving something you dont know is gone. some days are harder then other. expertly around dates that we shared or holidays

Details of Disappearance
Swiger was last seen in Klamath Falls, Oregon on December 16, 2019. Between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m., he asked to use the bathroom at a Holiday Market, but the business wasn't open and he was directed to the city park at Main Street and 11th Street. He has never been heard from again. He has been known to frequent Albertson's and the Gospel Mission in Klamath Falls. Prior to his disappearance, he mentioned plans to travel to Grants Pass, Oregon. Few details are available in his case.

I wonder if there have been any searches in/around Grant Pass, OR? Have they saturated the area with flyers or visited w/ shelters, churches and other organizations? The flyer advertising the reward needs to be plastered in Klamath Falls, Grants Pass, and Portland. If there is an innocent witness who knows or was told what happened to Ethan, they're likely to be enthusiastic to talk for $1,000. JMO

Also, is there any chance Ethan hitched a ride to Portland or the surrounding area? We know that throughout the last year or so there has been a mass of people who have made their way there in support of or opposition to various causes. I can't imagine him not getting in touch with anyone after this long, though. I hope Ethan is okay. Finding Ethan

TY for checking in, @Bootsey1989. You and Ethan are certainly in my prayers. I didn't realize Ethan has connections in ND. Is there anywhere else he could be or a place where he knows folks? Did he ever talk about things such as "One day I'd like to go to/live in ____ ". Ugh! It's so frustrating not to know what happened to him. I can only imagine your pain.
