The FBI believes Zuberi likely has more victims and has set up a website where people can submit tips. Between August 2016 and today, he is believed to have lived in California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Alabama and Nevada.

"Sakima has several different methods to gain control of his victims, including drugging their drinks, pretending to be a police officer, and soliciting the services of sex workers and then violently sexually assaulting them," the FBI says. "Some of the encounters may have been filmed to make it appear as if the assault was consensual. The victims are threatened with retaliation if they notify the police."

Considering he uses "43" in several things associated with his name(s), (i.e. businesses, emails, in photos of him, etc,) I'm going to go out on a limb and say he likely created the OF, and is likely the recipient of any funds collected from it. JMO

Although it's tricky to collect funds from an account without any content.

That only fans is super weird to me. It's free and all the posts have either been deleted or nothing has ever been posted. I would say deleted because the post he links literally says post is no longer available. It also says that the creator hasn't been on since July 2. The bio also says "Hi I'm new here. Looking to please my fans!". Why would she delete all her posts but leave up the account? How would he even find this random woman's account when there are so many big creators he could follow. It definitely seems sketchy. Do we know if he's house has a big window or sliding door like she's standing against in the picture? What about tile floors? Could it be a revenge thing? Like maybe she was a partner that he had intimate photos of and when she ended the relationship he made the account to shame her? He could also be doing the Andrew Tate thing where he makes these woman believe he loves them and then basically becomes a digital pimp. Andrew Tate literally gave classes and spoke about how to do this to women. Tate was also ran the accounts and was the one talking to the subscribers pretending to be the women. It's called the "Loverboy' sex-trafficking method".

I've been following the L.I.S.K thread super close so I have to admit the first thing I thought when I saw "Jane" was "Jane doe". Then I realized I was probably jumping to conclusions to fast. This guy just gives me serial killer vibes or at least one in the making. Imo

Some people here hypothesized that NZ/JH was a gang member. I think he was just someone who wanted to be someone. In his early FB pics he was into politics...dressing up in suits and helping a candidate. Later he became about 'freedom'. Total guess on my part, but I think he always had an anti-social aspect to his personality, and after trying to 'fit in' he realized that he was just too different from most in society.

This kind of reminds me of an Isreal Keyes type, but not nearly as smart (thankfully).
I'd be shocked if he didn't have other major SA crimes in his background.

5) He's renting out rooms in the houses he rents. This works until he gets evicted, but since he changes his name all the time, what's to prevent the next landlord from renting to him.
6) He has an RV parked in his driveway, he probably sublets that too. (proof of RV via the photo and a neighbor)
7) If he was delivering "medicinal" weed in California (43HealthRelief), he's probably doing that in Oregon too. And possibly other things. Especially since neighbors say they see random people coming and going frequently.
8) The wife says when she left in the morning she had to get her car keys from him, which leads me to think they've only got the one car.
