According to officers, Fidalina Rivas Osegueda was last seen Tuesday around 2:30 p.m. after she walked away from her home in the 7000 block of Southwest 130th Avenue.
Osegueda suffers from memory issues, police say, and takes medication. She has not taken her medication since she was reported missing.
Osegueda does not have her cell phone and has limited personal resources.
She stands around 5-feet tall and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen possibly wearing a red sweater, a brown hat and carrying a brown purse, according to police.
She likes to visit Don Pedro restaurant in Hillsboro and is familiar with TriMet.
