Thank you!! ETA: I thought it was strange that the first thing they did was ping her phone. Something about that statement stuck out at me and now I see why they were concerned.

Denton Davison her new husband refuses to comment. This is not looking good.

I live in Florence and I know the area very well. The coast north of Florence is very rugged and there are very high cliffs where one could disappear without a trace. I feel so bad for this woman and her family. My hope is that she needed time away to gather her thoughts and feelings...but it doesn't sound good. I am curious about the texting on the day she disappeared. Was there ever any question as to the person who sent the texts? We here on WS know only too well that anyone can take a phone and send a text, pretending to be the phone's owner.

I know we're not allowed to sleuth the family, but I wonder how old the children are and what their last contact with her was? Where was she going and who was the last to see her? Also, who was the last person she was texting? It just says family.

So many questions and it's not good that the current husband has no comment. Is he being cooperative with authorities?

The hope in a case like this is that the lack of public progress/information in a case like this means that things are being kept quiet by law enforcement on purpose. Perhaps to not alarm a suspect that they are onto them?

Edit: According to the Find FB page her husband is active in searching for her and they seemed to have ruled out his involvement in her disappearance. The 🤬🤬🤬 page about abusiveness in the relationship is peculiar though. Unless it was for a different person, it seems that she was trying to escape abuse 6 months prior to them getting married.

What is going on in the Pacific Northwest? There seems to be a TON of women in that 30-50 age range that disappear under similar circumstances where the cars are abandoned in remote areas.

Prayers for Heather and her family.

Something really upset her either before or after the honeymoon. Very sad. We never know what someone is going through behind close doors. Facebook happy photos can be so deceiving as we all know here.

I didn't hear anything major on AB's show. She said "evidence she was not abducted" and there was a statement by a family member I believe about not having any leads.

Maybe he's not commenting because he knows what happened to her. I don't think I'd be eager to speak with the media if I were going through what I think is happening here.

This is so sad. In a link above there's a quote in which she expresses how happy she is after the proposal, and so excited about the future.

Just a couple of days after coming back from her honeymoon...she is so distressed? Whatever happened appears to be utterly devastating. Her poor children.

I had a feeling it was an intentional act to leave and maybe suicidal from reading the family website. The way they are wording things it's easy to read between the lines, but the scanner transcript pretty much confirms that. Imo she jumped off that cliff. Her ex husband looks happily remarried last year so I don't think he played a role. Not sure why we aren't seeing her new husband publicly pleading for her return. They must of had some fight and he's feeling guilty.

I have a feeling her text with her family was serious enough for the family to report her missing to LE within 25hrs of being home from her honeymoon instead of normal 48 hrs to even get them to file a report on an adult. What could she have found out or hurt her to cause her to go missing and leave this world? Sad on so many levels. Mental illness plaques some of the best people I know. It's so widespread.

it reminds me of that other woman in oregon with the two young boys that went missing and they found her in her car on that rural property and she had taken all the sleeping pills (she was seen on camera buying them)
