SALEM, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is asking the public for help in finding missing 7-year-old Isabella Sebastian-Villalobes.

The department says Isabella has numerous relatives in Oregon, all who say that they have not seen or spoken to her parents or Isabella since October 2022. ODHS says that Isabella's family has several relatives in Mexico, and may also have relatives in Alabama and Tennessee.

Isabella is not currently enrolled in school.

That's a long time. Who saw Isabella on 11/29/2022? Was she picked up by her parents for a visit and then not returned to foster care?

That is a long time indeed. What could have happened?

This sentence in Post # 1 above:

"According to ODHS, Isabella may be with her parents, Betty Villalobos Reyes and Andres Sebastian Francisco."

It made me wonder if it is okay that little Isabella is with her parents?

I guess she could be anywhere. Oregon is a long way from Tennessee, Alabama and Mexico -- I don't know what to think, and she's been missing several months.
Have the FBI or any other U.S. authorities been notified?
SMH. This may indeed be a tough one. Hoping she is with people who are taking good care of her.
