So he was last heard of in Spring, and he told his Mom he was heading to Georgia to visit a friend named Mike. I found a Doe that was a car accident victim in July 95 in Georgia. He has tattoos that were done recently.

Wow, have you shared this information with his family via the Facebook page? That second sketch looks very similar to Jim in my opinion.

Jim's birthday is December 19, so not a Virgo. Not that this excludes a match, just an observation. It might be the sign of a SO or something.

Any updates? I just saw the FB post from 2015. I'm in the state of Delaware so it's traveled across the country.

I had shared the fb post in 2020 and at that time there was no update, the sister was battling an illness so she became a bit less active. I was popping in here to see if there was any updated info.
