Cars leaving Symbiosis Oregon Eclipse, the huge music and cultural festival in the Ochoco National Forest east of Prineville, were being searched Saturday for a missing 9-year-old child.
The Crook County Emergency Operations Center received information about the missing child at the festival, which has drawn thousands of people estimates ranged from 35,000 to 80,000 from all over the world.
Crook County Sheriffs Office deputies are investigating the situation. A search and rescue team has been put on standby, according to the sheriffs office.
The child, Kai Paul, was last seen Friday. A picture of him was posted at an intake desk at the festivals medical tent, according to media reports.
