Has the DA stated that Karissa and William were alive for 3 days after their abductions before BBW murdered them or is that a deduction?
It would certainly indicate premeditation.

From What I've Read In All Of The Reports They All Say They Were Killed Inbetween The 13th And 16th But If They Went Missing And Were Reported As So On The 13th, And The Definite Decease Date Is The 16th That Means They Were Held Against Will. Also Might I Add Nyla Is Suing For Pain And Suffering Karissa Endured Before Her Death. All Of The Evidence Points To Yes.

That text from Karissa's cell phone to her employer stating that she would not be in for work might establish that she was still alive. It would depend on how secure her phone was and if Wolfe had her password. There might also be physical evidence at the BBW lair indicating that Karissa and William were alive after their abduction.

John Will Crack When The Jury Make Their Final Decision On His Verdict, He'll Then Probably Take A Plea Deal And Then Explain Everything If It Isn't Already Beforehand. I Can't Remember If Karissa Liked Passwords Or Not.. If She Did She Did It Fast And I Never Noticed Because She Was Always Open With Her Phone And All Of Her Conversations Between John And His Wife And A Couple Of John's Kids. Can't Remember Which Of Those Two Kids She Talked To.. If I Sit On It Long Enough I Will. I Feel It's Important Because All Of Them Had Threatened Her At Many Different Points And Times.. But I Did Tell The Detective That Is Handling Her Case That And That's Also When I Contacted Him About Her Gun She Owned..
I Just Want To Take A Second To Thank All Of You Again For Baring With Us All On Of This Case, It Means So Much More Than I Can Describe Since Most Of The Time I End Up Just Wanting To Disappear.. The evidence that was presented was by the defense. It was related to other pending cases and the new laws being applied. Seven or eight cases submitted to sway the judge to change the charge for Billy's murder to being first degree as was done to Karissa's murder.

I attended the hearing. The defense presented seven or eight other cases facing the same circumstances regarding the new law change. The defense used similar pending cases/crimes as examples, so as to swAy the judge to change Wolfe's charges as per new law. No evidence related to Ksrissa or Billy's deaths were submitted. The Judge seemed to be unimpressed in the defenses attempt as she stated the comparison wasn't apples to apples between the cases. The Judge responded by staying she'd take those examples into consideration and wanted time to evaluate and set next court date in February. I've attended almost all the hearings in this case. My guess is that Wolfe will plea bargain and avoid s trial.

*Status Check Hearing (@ 9:30am PT) - OR – Karissa Alyn Fretwell (25) & William “Billy” Alan Fretwell II (3) (last seen May 13, 2019, reported missing May 17, 2019, Salem; found June 15, 2019 approx. 10 miles west from Yamhill on Weyerhauser property off Turner Creek Rd. LE believe they were dead on May 16, 2019) – *Michael John Wolfe (52) “father of Billy” – sought for questioning since 5/23/19, arrested (5/24/19), charged (5/28/19), originally indicted (6/6/19) & arraigned (6/21/19) with 2 counts of aggravated murder, 1 count 1st degree murder/constituting domestic violence & 2 counts of 1st degree kidnapping. Indictment amended (10/25/19) to 1 count of aggravated murder (for Billy), 4 counts of 1st degree murder & 2 counts of 1st degree kidnapping. No plea entered yet. Held without bond.
