PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — More than 20 years ago, Katie Eggleston disappeared near the Lloyd Center area and hasn’t been heard from since.

Following a day of work at Allnet Communications, Eggleston never returned home, and later that night her car was found parked in the lot of an industrial building on Airport Way, keys still in the ignition
